Fully renovated holiday home in the charming Poulgoazec neighbourhood, just a stone's throw from the fishing port and Saint Julien beach. Enjoy views of Audierne harbour from this beautiful house.

Air conditioning in the house. Ideal for a couple with children.

On the ground floor:

A fully fitted and equipped kitchen with an induction hob, electric oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, toaster, kettle and coffee maker.

Lounge equipped with internet television. WIFI.

Bathroom with walk-in shower and toilet. Washing machine.

Upstairs:

Double bedroom with a 1.60 m x 2 m double bed.

Double bedroom with 2 beds of 0.90 m x 2 m.

You can enjoy a enclosed garden to relax in, garden furniture and barbecue. Parking space on the property.

Phantastische Leuchttürme, Küstenwanderwege und Strände

Sauberkeit und Technik prima. Die geräumige Küche war gut ausgestattet. Sehr gute Betten. Haus mit schöner Fernsicht auf Audierne/Hafeneinfahrt. Wie immer hat alles wunderbar mit Bretagne Vacances geklappt. Merci beaucoup Marie Hélène und Patrick für die gute Betreuung. Das Fenster im Bad ließ sich nicht öffnen. Vor dem Haus ist nur ein Parkplatz vorhanden. Die Auffahrt ist nur für ein ganz kleines Auto.
