About this property

Totally remodeled condo, just steps from beach access! You will enjoy the sunny & comfortable space, with room to relax, or move outside to your private patio. The water is so close you can see it beyond beautiful Upham Beach as you enjoy your stay.

This first floor unit has direct access parking, is close to beach and complex pool, and features 1 bed and 1 bath, with a Queen sleeper. Tucked off the main road, it is quiet but close to dozens of bars and restaurants, shops and the grocery store.

As you walk into this condo, there is a bright kitchen, dining and living area. In the main living area is a fold down sofa that doubles as a bed for additional guests. There is a spacious bedroom with a queen size bed and a bathroom with shower. Right outside the door is a private patio with seating and a table. There is also parking within feet of the door, and the complex pool is just across the street from this unit.

There is coin laundry in this condo complex that is available for guests.
There are multiple charcoal grills also in the complex that are available and just a short walk from the front door.

You will be able to access our space through an electronic lock where you will have a personalized code. I live within 1/2 mile of this community, and am easily accessible to help solve problems! I pride myself in happy guests and great reviews, so I am readily available when needed.

This complex faces the Gulf of Mexico and is steps from the sand. Directly in front of the complex is a grille for eating breakfast or lunch (or grabbing a cold beer or Bloody Mary), as well as beach equipment rentals located right on the entrance to the beach. Within easy walking distance are dozens upon dozens of restaurants and bars, shops, convenience and grocery stores:

What we love most about this complex is the quiet location off the beaten path of Gulf Boulevard, nuzzled among several residential complexes. The option to be among the crowds or lay low is completely up to you!

A parking pass is provided, and ample parking is available around the complex. The great thing is, restaurants and shops are within walking distance, and you may likely not even move your car during your stay!
- Responsible party booking this vacation rental must be 24 or older.
- 1 parking pass will be provided with the condo, but MUST be returned upon checkout. Failure to return parking pass upon checkout will result in a $200 replacement fee. This is a physical pass that cannot be used on a golf cart, scooter, motorcycle (open air and leaving pass vulnerable to theft)
- This is a no smoking property, please do not smoke within the white fenced area of property (including balcony), as this is a disruption to other nearby tenants or owners. If you are a smoker, you can do so on the sidewalk nearby or alley in back, but not in private or common areas on the property.
- Towels and belongings cannot be draped over balcony.
- Please be respectful of others by being reasonably quiet between the hours of 10pm and 8am.
- Linens are provided at the unit, as well as a starting supply of essentials such as toilet paper and paper towels. Additional supply must be purchased by guests. Cleaners will clean the unit upon checkout, however we ask that guests do the dishes and take out the trash before leaving, this prevents pests and odors.
- As part of our commitment to ensuring a comfortable stay for all, maintenance personnel will need to enter the units once a month. During this time, they will be replacing air filters and inspecting smoke detectors. While we cannot provide an exact date for these routine checks, notices on the common area doors will be placed in advance to inform you.

Amazing Stay on the Beach
Our condo was wonderful! Beautiful, clean and cozy space in great neighborhood and just across the street from a beautiful beach on the Gulf. We were able to walk to many bars and restaurants and getting around to other locations was simple and quick. We hope to come back again next winter!

Great location - right across the street from the beautiful white sand beach of St Pete's Beach. The condo is well appointed and perfect space for two people. Love the updates! Walking distance to many restaurants.

Very noisy upstairs neighbors- their shower was leaking onto our bathroom floor- used all our towels for a week to keep water off our bathroom floor. Extremely cheap appliances that made cooking a double chore. Bring toilet paper- they only give you 4 of the smallest rolls I have ever seen. Bathroom electrical outlet did not work- most likely because of the water leakage. Had to blow dry and curl hair in kitchen without a mirror. I would not choose to go back.
