It was such an awesome trip for my boyfriend and I! It was like 20 steps to the beach and food places were all around us! The property was perfect for the two of us and you could definitely fit two more in the living room! It was beautiful!

Great stay

Our stay was great! We absolutely loved it. The condo was completely remodeled and had everything we needed. It was close to the beach and restaurants all within walking distance. We will be back.

Amazing Stay on the Beach

Our condo was wonderful! Beautiful, clean and cozy space in great neighborhood and just across the street from a beautiful beach on the Gulf. We were able to walk to many bars and restaurants and getting around to other locations was simple and quick. We hope to come back again next winter!

Birthday vacation

Great location - right across the street from the beautiful white sand beach of St Pete's Beach. The condo is well appointed and perfect space for two people. Love the updates! Walking distance to many restaurants.

Remodeled with issues

Very noisy upstairs neighbors- their shower was leaking onto our bathroom floor- used all our towels for a week to keep water off our bathroom floor. Extremely cheap appliances that made cooking a double chore. Bring toilet paper- they only give you 4 of the smallest rolls I have ever seen. Bathroom electrical outlet did not work- most likely because of the water leakage. Had to blow dry and curl hair in kitchen without a mirror. I would not choose to go back.

Hi Cheryl, I address all maintenance issues extremely quickly, so when we saw the leakage the day you checked out, it was fixed same day. The outlet was a tripped GFCI so I pressed the button and it started working again instantly. For future guests, in such situations, we would have taken care of them by resolving, offering credits where necessary, laundering towels if they got dirty due to maintenance situation, or whatever remedy we could find. We do ask that future guests report such issues, so that we can resolve them in a prompt and friendly manner :)
