The space
To get to this bright 2nd floor condo, you will enter through an interior hallway and climb just one set of stairs. We have electronic door locks for your ease and security, which makes even late checkins easy and no need to worry about a key. Once inside, you have an open living room and kitchen, with the balcony off the main living space. Inside of a small hallway is a well appointed bathroom and the bedroom. Just remodeled, you will enjoy ceiling fans, beachy decor, a high end sofa with gel memory foam pullout queen bed and new kitchen accessories.
As a part of the complex amenities, you also have access to the pool, shuffleboard courts, coin laundry, charcoal grills.
The beach is just steps away, across a beach access road and we do provide equipment for your enjoyment at the beach including chairs, towels, umbrella and beach cart. Bring your flip flops and enjoy this gem of a location!
Please Note* This is a 2nd floor condo and the complex does not have elevators. You must be able to walk up flights of stairs.

**Please Note**
**The HOA is replacing the hallway flooring in the buildings as well as the condo access doors. This work is ongoing so you may see workers in the halls and at times be offered a short detour while some tile landings may be briefly blocked yet you will always be able to reach your condo. Exterior painting and landscaping is currently scheduled late summer 2026. There is potential for daytime noise during this work.
We appreciate your understanding as the property completes these improvements.
As part of our commitment to ensuring a comfortable stay for all, maintenance will enter monthly to change air filters and check smoke detectors. While we do not exact dates for these routine checks, notices in the common areas will be placed in advance.

- Quiet hours are from 10pm-8am, you are close in proximity to others.
- This is a NO smoking property, including outdoor private and common areas. No illegal use of drugs or medicinal marijuana on property.
- Absolutely no pets or emotional support animals, no exceptions can be made!
- Towels and belongings cannot be draped on balconies/railings/bushes.
- Guests are responsible for removing all personal belongings upon check-out. We cannot be held liable for any items left behind.
