In the middle of natural landscapes, along the Atlantic coast, and dotted with seaside villages such as Soulac-sur-Mer, Montalivet les Bains, Carcans Plage, Hourtin lac or Lacanau Océan, there is Naujac-sur-Mer, located only 10km from the ocean beach of Pin Sec and 10km from the Piqueyrot beach of the Hourtin lake.
Beautiful, wild, natural beaches!
It is thus in Naujac-sur-Mer that Alice's House, our House & Barn, is located, to spend a "natural" holiday in comfort, between lake and ocean, in a country-side atmosphere, and surrounded by beautiful forests.

The house is new and comfortable, located in the heart of the village.
It is composed of an entrance hall, a beautiful and very bright living room, which opens onto the outside terraces, a fully equipped kitchen for maximum comfort.
The night space includes three bedrooms, two of which have double beds of 160x200, and a master suite with a large double bed of 180x200. The bedding is new and very comfortable. There are 2 bathrooms with showers, and 2 toilets.

At the bottom of the garden, we have created a beautiful and friendly space in the barn to spend time with family and friends, eat around the BBQ, play with the children or just chat. It's the ideal place, in the shade of the big tree, to stroll around or have a nap on the deckchairs.
Everyone likes to meet there, some to have fun, run, dance, others to read, think, reflect.

The garden is fenced. It is about 1000m2.
It is not yet finished. In fact, we are waiting for the autumn to arrange it and plant it.
The disadvantages: there are no flowers or shrubs yet, no paths, no particular layout. There is no lawn. It is a bit "bare".
The advantages: it is left natural, and is therefore not fragile.
A garage is at your disposal next to the barn.

The environment is very rural. Birds and roosters crow, hens cackle, the bell rings. The nights are quiet and conducive to a good sleep. The village and the neighbourhood are quiet.
We ask our guests to respect this tranquillity.

Activities in the area:

Many activities are possible in the surroundings, for young and old and for all tastes:
*the proximity of the large lake of Hourtin and the ocean beaches for swimming and water sports, sailing, popular surf spots, surf schools and restaurants, *the naturist beaches of Vendays and Montalivet, *the Cordouan lighthouse by boat, *the nature reserve of the dunes and marshes of Hourtin and the surrounding forests, *the natural parks for tree climbing and animals, *the cycle tracks for miles to ride in all directions, *the equestrian centres for the pleasure of horse riding, *the numerous markets and night markets, which are both a meeting of flavours, passionate producers and moments of sharing with holidaymakers *the Médoc wine route of course, with visits to prestigious châteaux all along the estuary, *the Médoc Fort in Cussac, *and the unmissable visit to Bordeaux, etc...
There is so much to do! We will propose small tourist programmes from which you can choose according to your desires of the day.

Access:
Lesparre train station: 12 minutes (10km); ideal for getting to Bordeaux by train, then tram, without stress or parking problems. Journey time: 1 h 30 min.
Bordeaux Mérignac Airport: 1 hr 7 min (68km)
