Modern villa with pool and garden for 6 people max.

Independent villa completely renovated in 2023 of 120m2 on enclosed land of 2000m2.
Outdoor dining area and garden furniture, 4*8 swimming pool and more than 100m2 of terrace with sea view.

You will find all the necessary comfort for an unforgettable stay (air conditioning, plancha, pétanque balls, board games, etc.).

3 double bedrooms, 2 of which can be converted from double beds to twin beds on request. 2 bathrooms / 2 toilets / washing machine

Provision of a high chair and a travel cot on request.

End of stay cleaning package: €200

Bed and bathroom linen package extra: €25/person. (To be paid on site)

Dog package (subject to validation): €25 / animal.

It is located at:
- 10 minutes walk from the beaches of Fautéa and Ovu Santu (2 minutes by car)
- 10 minutes by car from the village of Sainte Lucie de Porto-Vecchio and its shops
- 15 minutes by car from the beaches of Pinarellu and the Cavu river.
- 45 minutes from Figari airport and 2 hours from Bastia airport.

Amzing house with beaches close by

The house is amazing and we all enjoy the pool a lot. The communication with Alexandra was real easy. She gave us some beneficial information and hints. Close by there are a lot of really nice beaches. We would come back if we have the possibility.

Nous avons passé 2 belles semaines dans la villa, très bien entretenue, avec des équipements modernes et la climatisation dans toutes les pièces.Le jardin est bien clôturé pour les chiens et la piscine est vraiment top !Super accueil avec en plus un panier gourmand pour notre arrivée.Très belle région, plages à proximité, avec plein d’activités à faire en mer ou en montagne !C’est avec plaisir que nous reviendrons et nous recommandons la villa sans hésitation.

Villa bien située avec commodités à proximité: resto top qui donne sur une belle plage à 2 minutes.Très bon accueil d'Alexandra qui nous a donné de bons conseils en terme de visite et de restos. Villa récente très propre et très agréable avec grande terrasse et grand jardin.

Nous avons passé d'excellentes vacances, la maison ne manquait de rien. Alexandra nous a bien conseillé sur les lieux à voir. La piscine était parfaite pour se rafraîchir ni trop grande ni trop petite.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft

Die Unterkunft war sehr schön und sauber. Alles war vorhanden und die Vermieterin war sehr freundlich und hat für uns sogar ein Babybett und Hochstuhl organisiert. In der Umgebung gibt es sehr schöne Strände welche mit einer kurzen Autofahrt zu erreichen sind. Trotz extrem heißem Wetter konnte man es gut aushalten mit Klimaanlage, Lounge auf der schattigen Terrasse und einem super Pool auf dem Grundstück.
