Fully stocked with pots & pans, plates, cups, mugs, utensils, cooking tools, coffee pot, toaster oven, oven, dish washer, refrigerator, and microwave. There are plenty of dining areas with seating and all the necessary dinnerware.

OUTDOOR AREAS:
The backyard has a unique salt water pool and plenty of outdoor lounge furniture. Pool is not heated.

PARKING:
Free parking is available right outside the property for about 4 cars.

Free wifi, Smart TVs, we provide a starter pack of essentials (toilet paper, paper towels, & toiletry) for your first few nights. You may need to purchase more depending on use.

The entire house is for your exclusive use. Please observe checkin time is 4pm. Due to high occupancy we may not be able to accommodate an earlier checkin. We recommend you reserve the night before or the night after at a discount rate if needed.

We are here for you during your stay, but the level of interaction is up to you. The best way to communicate with us is through the app, but in case of an emergency, we are only a phone call or message away. You will be able to self checkin upon arrival and self checkout.

•Observe Checkin 4pm and checkout 10am times and instructions. We may be unable to accommodate early checkin, however if it is available we charge $25 per hour. Unauthorized late checkouts will incur up to a $100 fee per hour or portion thereof.

•We strongly suggest you consider purchasing trip cancellation insurance to protect your investment from any unexpected covered cancellations. We cannot operate outside of our cancellation policy.

•NO PARTIES OR GATHERINGS In case of a party or gathering to avoid cancellation with NO REFUND of unused nights. No Illegal activities allowed.

•Due to the property having a septic tank please ONLY flush toilet paper in toilets.

•We do inventory after each stay and any missing items, heavily soiled or damaged linen/towels, clogged toilets, excessive dirtiness or indoor smoking will be charged accordingly.
