Oceanfront Kihei Sands Beachfront Condos B3 – 2 bd 2ba

Our property is NOT impacted by the news of potentially prohibiting Short Term Rentals (STR) in Maui. Kihei Sands is zoned as a hotel property so meaning it is exempt from any of the potential STR regulations being proposed by the County.

Located in North Kihei just steps away from Sugar Beach with views in either direction!

B3 has been completely renovated, using only the highest quality furnishings, appliances, linens, furniture and details, all with your comfort in mind. Beach towels and chairs are provided.

We have 2 bedrooms each with a plush King size bed. There is 1 bedroom/1 bath on the lower floor & 1 bedroom/1 bath upstairs. Please note that the upper bedroom is lofted.

The beach is clean and unpopulated with beautiful views stretching for miles in either direction. You can walk for miles south towards South Kihei or miles north towards Maalaea Bay. Sugar Beach is Maui's longest beach.

• Keyless entry (no registration/no keys).
Prior to guests arriving at the property, a code is provided which allows guests to open the keyless entry front door. There are no keys to pick up or drop-off, so guests are free to simply let themselves in at any time after the check-in time which is 2:00 pm

• FREE parking (1 car per condo).
There is free on-site open parking spaces in the parking lot which is located directly next to the building for super easy access to the condo unit. The parking lot is tight so a large SUV is not recommended.

• High-end Air Conditioner (quiet Mitsubishi 3 zone split AC system, one zone for your living area and second zone for your lower bedroom and 3rd zone for your upstairs loft bedroom).

• SMART TVs for streaming your favorite shows.

• On-site Laundromat.

• On second floor. No elevator. Must climb stairs

•The common area is direct oceanfront with shared amenities such as a beachfront lawn with lounge chairs, large dining tables with umbrellas and BBQ area with 2 gas grills. The property faces West so you can enjoy Happy Hour with a sunset.

• Our condo is centrally located on the island and about 15 minutes from the airport. It is great for those who wish to see other parts of Maui.

• We will provide you with all linens, body wash, shampoo & conditioner, hand soap, toilet paper, dish soap, laundry soap, garbage bags

Kihei Sands

We enjoyed our stay. This was our 4th visit to Kihei Sands (but the first time in this unit). The grounds are so well maintained, and the guests and office staff are very friendly.

Kihei Sands Condo on the beach in Kihei - Unit B3

This condo was amazing and close to everything! We walked on the beach every morning and enjoyed breakfast in the condo before exploring Maui each day. I highly recommend staying here!

What a lovely condo. The grounds are beautifully maintained. We enjoyed our stay here and will come again in the future. Our favorite was the walks on the beach.

Centrally located and easy to get anywhere. Well stocked with beach chairs, umbrella , boogie board, snorkel gear, good beach towels, soft coolers. Lots of room for our family of four. Nice pool area and good bbqs. Air conditioning worked good and communication with owner was excellent.

Welcoming community

Everything was great. The property is right on a great beach and is centrally located in the middle of east and west Maui, an easy car ride to everything. I would definitely recommend this property. It also has a great view of the sunset.

Kihei sands is quaint and intimate. Its got everything you need to be able to get out and do things and still be able to come back and literally...steps off the patio still be able to enjoy being at the beach at all hours morning and night.

Found a great new place to stay

Have always stayed in Kaanapali - but things had to be a little different this year. This place in Kihei was very nice - beautiful view of the ocean from the patio. Pictures make the unit look a little larger than it actually is - but overall a great new place to stay😊

Great patio and beach location

Great beach for taking morning walks. Patio area was nice and close to ocean front. Could see lots of whale activity while sitting on the patio. Unit was smaller than pictures show but was still suitable for our needs. Would recommend staying here.

Much Needed Vacation

Our family came for a family wedding. The property had everything we could think of all the way down to dryer sheets and laundry soap. All the amenities were perfect. The location to the beach, which we were right on, was perfect. The location to all the different parts of the island for comparitive drive times, perfect. For us, it was a beautiful place to be.

AMAZING PROPERTY! Perfect place for a small group. It was just my Wife and I, but could have comfortably had room for 4 to 6 people. Check in and out was so easy. And literally, steps from a phenomenal beach. Our stay was for 6 Days. Couldn't have asked for more. Would stay again and again...

Wonderful place on a beautiful beach!

We enjoyed this property very much-clean, well decorated and everything we needed. We loved morning walks on the beach (you can go several miles on that beach alone!) and it was close to Kehei and other beaches too. We especially appreciated the boogie board, cooler and beach chairs. We stayed a week and there are washers and dryers in the complex but they have somewhat limited hours so just have to plan ahead if you need to do laundry. Other than that it was a perfect spot!

Great Maui Stay

The property was very well kept, as were the grounds. The kitchen is one of the best stocked kitchens I have seen, greatly appreciated! The grills by the pool were fantastic for grilling fish for dinner, and you can even enjoy your dinner by the pool listening to the wave crash against the shore. Cooler & beach chairs were provided, saving us from having to buy some at the store. I would highly recommend this property, my husband and I plan to return again in 2025!

Family feel condo complex. Nice shared area by the ocean. Met some lovely people. The condo description was accurate… very clean and updated. Amanda was great to work with! We would come back. Gained pounds at the incredible local bake shop just minutes away.

Great All Around

We’ve stayed many places in Maui and this is a favorite. Great location in Kihei. Super clean, very comfortable beds, excellent pillows and linens. The soundproofing is great and we never heard any road noise or other people. Even though it’s small it never felt crowded. The decor is nice and the whole condo has been updated. The owner is very responsive and nice. Rick the maintenance person, was so kind and helpful. My only suggestions for improvement would be if the keyless entry code were simpler- as in the renter’s cell number. Overall a great place to stay and would definitely recommend.

TEN STARS!!

From start to finish, this was a remarkable stay. The space was beach and comfy and focus on the guest’s experience. Every detail felt like Amanda (Beau) prepared the space for her friends/family. There were boogie boards and snorkel gear for our older kids. There was a cooler (& ice pack in the freezer), beach chairs. In the kitchen, the pans were in excellent condition, the silverware was sturdy, the knives were sharp, and there’s ice in the freezer. Communication was outstanding. BOOK THIS PLACE NOW...you’ll be impressed!

Amazing

I wish there was a way to give this place 6 stars. My wife and I love Maui and this trip, we came for our 10 year anniversary. The pictures don't do this property justice. Not only are you steps away from the beach, but the view from the lanai is also even more incredible than the picture on the webpage. When I say steps away from the beach, the best way I can describe it is this, you can make it to the beach faster than you can get to your car in the parking lot. The host is amazing. From initial communication prior to booking, before and during the trip, she was so helpful, so informative and so personable. She gave us an extensive list of places to check out, restaurants, and activities in nearby Kihei. The unit had everything needed in the kitchen, a very cold fridge, TVs everywhere, comfortable beds, zen bathrooms, and VERY COLD AC. For the beach, boogie boards, beach chairs, and cooler packs for your cooler. My wife and I had the best time we ever had in Hawaii and staying at this property was the icing on the cake. We would definitely return again and are so grateful to stay. Mahalo

We are a family of four originally from Minnesota. We spent many winters traveling to Maui, every year we would say we were going to try something new but kept finding ourselves back on the island. We purchased this property in 2021 and look forward to sharing our home away from home with you!

Why they chose this property

We came across this hidden gem and knew it was one to see! We love the small complex as it feels like home. We love the large patio area and the fact that you can make it from our front door to the beach in minutes which is perfect for us as we have young children!

Our condo is centrally located on the island making it easy to get to and from the airport (15-20 minutes away), Wailea, Paia, Kaanapali and Lahaina.
