Dandy Sandy West: Beach - Pets - Pools

Make this year’s vacation the one you talk about for years to come!!! This four bedroom three bath property is a short 3-5 minute walk to the beach, all within the gated community with two community pools and a gym.

Adjoining side of the duplex, Dandy Sandy East also available!

This property has a 4PM checkin time and 10AM checkout time.

It all starts on the comfortably spacious front deck. This deck is a great outdoor area for family meals or afternoon relaxation. As you walk in the front door, you will find a cozy living area which creates a relaxing comfortable vacation retreat.

The master bedroom with its comfy king size bed and neutral beach colors, large garden tub, and freestanding shower, is a private getaway within this beach house. The double sink vanity and large walk-in closet are just a bonus for the lucky guests in the master bedroom. The first floor queen bedroom also reflects a palate of the sea with bedding that mimics the beautiful scenery that is just out the front door. With a full bath attached, this is another great room for a couple, just wanting to get away for a bit. The first floor also features the fully stocked kitchen and living room, with plenty of seating for everyone, whether it’s time to eat or time to relax.

Up the stairs to the right you will find a room with 2 sets of colorful bunk beds and flat screen TV, a perfect spot for the kiddos. Down the hall is another bedroom with a Queen sized bed and a view of the Gulf. The two upstairs bedrooms share a full bath.

This is a great duplex that is 3rd tier in THE DUNES Subdivision. Relax in the outdoor pool and hot tub a few houses down. The Dunes tower has an indoor/outdoor pool, jacuzzi, and gym for your use too.

This house has free wireless internet, comfortable deck seating, and charcoal grill on the ground level area under the house.

The beach access is a easy walk, and if you like there is also parking at the access.

Enjoy some of the best seafood across the road at Tacky Jacks or just a few miles down the road at Sassy Bass. Tour the old forts at Fort Morgan, one mile to the west. Enjoy a round of golf at Kiva Dunes, about five miles down the road.

Home was nice had everything u cd need, very clean, The dryer is in an awkward place. It’s against a wall & opens from left to right which pens u in a corner. Light fixtures on fans squeak loudly. Had to turn fans off to sleep. The steps are steep & slick. My grandaughter fell down them & they are 18 steps. Fortunately she didn’t break anything. Just brush burns & bruises.. I wd suggest some type of gripping. We enjoyed the beach it was a lot further away than we are use to. There was no view nor cd we hear the waves coming in. We have been coming to fort Morgan for over 35 years. Normally we stay in a house. Our first duplex. Was surprised that we didn’t hear the neighbors. However they did have 2 small dogs they left in parking area unattended Looped leashes on support beams leaving them about 2 feet to move.For most of the day! If I wd of known how to report it I wd have.

Roomy family beach house with close access!

We very much enjoyed our stay at Sandy Lane. Everything was clean, especially the kitchen and bedding. Plenty of room for everyone to stretch out and do their own thing - also a dining room table and sectional sleeper sofa for everyone to be close. We loved the complimentary board games! The included wagon, beach chairs, and beach towels made the 5 minute walk to the beach a breeze. The hosts were very kind and responsive before, during, and after our trip. I recommend this property for families of any and all ages. We could tell how much thought went into providing this rental with a "home away from home" feel. Thank you, David and Amanda for your hospitality. Look forward to renting from you both in the future!
