Fully equipped apartment, very well located, easy access by car, close to the city centre and the beaches (5min walk) with a nice view of the canal.<br><br>Ideal for enjoying your holidays in Grau-Du-Roi.<br><br>Bed linen and towels are provided for stays longer than 2 nights.<br><br>The accommodation<br>Located on the 1st and last floor, in a rather quiet area and yet very close to the city centre. Access is via a staircase of about thirty steps.<br><br>Access is very easy by vehicle. A closed garage will allow you to park your car.<br><br>The accommodation is spacious (90m2), a large living room/kitchen area and 3 bedrooms.<br><br>Important clarification:<br>There are two bedrooms with a double bed and then a children's bedroom consisting of single beds for children with bunk beds not suitable for adults. (Visible in the photos)<br><br>Description of the district<br>The area is very quiet and yet a stone's throw from the city centre.<br><br>Getting around<br>Easy to get to: by car, train or bus. <br><br>The accommodation is located very close to the train station (train and bus).

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Le logement est très calme. La climatisation dans les chambres ainsi que dans la spacieuse pièce à vivre est un vrai plus. Et la communication avec les hôtes Camille et Vincent a été parfaite. Je recommande très chaudement cet appartement parfait pour une famille entre 5 et 7 personnes.

Katastrophen-Urlaub mitten in der Baustelle

Ein kompletter Reinfall: Uns wurde verschwiegen, dass vor dem Apartment eine Großbaustelle besteht. Baustellen-Lärm von 7:30 bis 17:00 Uhr! Zugang zur Wohnung und vor allem die Zufahrt zur Garage waren, wenn überhaupt, nur schwer und umständlich zu erreichen. Dazu über die kompletten Osterfeiertage ohrenbetäubende Musik bis in die späte Nacht durch eine Bar/Disco gegenüber.

Sehr schönes Apartment

Tolle Lage, ruhig und trotzdem sehr nahe am Zentrum, kurze Wege zu den Stränden, Restaurants und Supermärkten. Idealer Ausgangspunkt, die Camargue zu erkunden. Großzügiges, gut ausgestattetes, sehr sauberes und sehr komfortables Apartment mit ausgesprochen freundlichen und hilfsbereiten Vermietern. Gerne wieder!
