Oceanfront Condo in Diamond Beach, NJ

Recently renovated beachfront, 3 bedroom/2 bath condo literally steps from the sand. Walk out to your own private boardwalk to the beach. This unit also has private and direct access to the pool and courtyard from the front door and patio doors. Perfect for a family getaway!

Located oceanfront at La Vida del Mar in Wildwood Crest/Diamond Beach, NJ; just north of Cape May and south of the Wildwoods. It's the ideal destination for beach, dining, shopping, water sports, fishing, golf, and the famous Wildwood Boardwalk.

Recent renovations include a beautiful kitchen and new stainless steel appliances and breakfast bar, 2 full bathrooms, new floors, newly painted walls and a shiplap fireplace. Master bath is renovated with two vanity areas, private toilet and tub or shower option. Kitchen is complete with microwave, toaster oven, Keurig coffee machine, air fryer, crock pot, blender, dishes, glasses and all you need to enjoy your lunches or dinners at the beach!

Dining area seats 6 at the table plus bar chairs at the counter and a bonus sofa bar with 3 extra stools. Spacious master bedroom has private sliding door access to the patio, pool and beach. The Master has a king bed, smart flat screen TV, ceiling fan, ample closet space, gorgeous dresser and double vanities. The second bedroom has a queen bed and ceiling fan, smart flat screen TV, beautiful dresser and closet space. The third bedroom has a full bed and a bunk bed set (twin over full), closet and smart flat screen TV. The second bathroom features a large walk in shower and new vanity.

*In order to maintain the safest and cleanest environment, bed sheets and towels are not provided. There are plenty of comforters and blankets. If you want to order Towels or sheets we partner with Linen Fairies, just let us know to get the best deal!

The living room has a comfortable arm chair, love seat and sofa (the sofa is also a sofa bed), ceiling fan, large flat screen smart TV.

Off of the living room is the private patio with dining table and seating. The perfect place to watch the sunrise and sip your morning coffee, read a book or enjoy dinner and a cocktail.

The condo is equipped with central air, Free WIFI and cable TV. There is also a full laundry room with washer, dryer, sink and mini fridge!

On-site amenities include a large pool with on-staff lifeguard, pool basketball, separate kiddie pool, hot tub, lounge chairs and picnic tables. Community BBQ grills and outdoor ping pong table are located just off the pool area. Bike racks are available and this condo includes two adult bikes for use.

There is designated parking for 2 vehicles in the gated parking lot. If you have a third vehicle, street parking is available. The building has a ramp to the first floor where luggage carts are available to help you unload easily.

8 Beach and pool tags are included with the unit rental. Lessen your car load because 4 beach chairs and an umbrella are included with the unit!

During the summer months please feel free to book a Saturday to Saturday stay!

The Club at Diamond Beach is right out your door and offers volleyball courts, restaurant beach dining, live music and a full service beach bar. Nothing like enjoying lunch or dinner with your toes in the sand! The membership is a low fee ( check website for summer rates) and can be purchased on site (price may vary).

- Bike to the Boardwalk: Peddle the bike path straight to the boardwalk! In 15 minutes you are on one of NJ’s oldest boardwalks!

- Morey’s Pier: If you like water parks and rides then Morey’s is the place for you with three piers of fun!

- Diamond Beach Surf Camp: Walk our shoreline down to the next lifeguard stand to take a surf lesson or two!

- The Crab House at Two Mile Landing: The perfect spot to have a cocktail or the famous “Jersey Orange Crush” and watch the sunset! They have delicious food and entertainment!

- Cape May National Wildlife Refuge: Our condo is literally next to the Cape May National Wildlife Refuge. You and your family/friends can ride your bikes or hike on the newly-expanded Wildwoods Bike Path to the Two Mile Beach of the Cape May National Wildlife Refuge. The Two Mile Beach is a beautiful natural area, with several trails and easy access to the beach, dunes, dune forest, and salt marsh. You will get to see an undeveloped barrier island basically the way it looked a 100 years ago!

- Harbor Light Mini Golf, Ice Cream and Bikes: Walk down a few blocks to enjoy ice cream, mini golf and rent bikes at Harbor Light Golf. It is one of the largest and oldest maintained miniature golf courses within the Wildwoods.

- Diamond Beach Bum Shop: Take the morning or afternoon to shop! Diamond Beach Bum is where you can find just about anything! Beach chairs, suntan lotion, sweatshirts/T-shirts, cloths, souvenirs and lots of unique gifts to bring back home! Go twice and I bet you will see things you missed the first time!

- Breweries: Visit two local brew favorites! Mudhen Brewing Company in Wildwood, NJ and Cape May Brewing company. Both are a short car ride in or around town.

- Local Vinyards: Create your own winery tour by visiting three local favorites Cape May Winery, Willow Creak Winery and Farm & Turdo Vinyard and Winery

- Cape May: Visit the very end of the state! See the famous light house, shop at Washington Street mall, stroll around the old town and tour Victorian homes, take a horse/carriage or trolly ride then enjoy a meal overlooking the shore!

- Whale and Dolphin Watch: Book a trip on the water to see the beautiful whales and dolphins! You can also see dolphins in the water on our beach, be sure to get up and take a morning to see them playing.

- Deep Sea Fishing: Only minutes away are fishing excursions! Book a 1/2 day or full day!

- Kayak and Paddle Board: Only minutes from the condo you can rent kayaks and paddle boards. If you like to try multiple locations then there are more options in beautiful Cape May, too!

We loved our stay! The space was perfect for our small family with young children. We were close to the pool and hot tub and loved that we could walk to the beach bar for snacks and drinks. We enjoyed the patio overlooking the beach each evening. Would definitely stay again!

This we an excellent experience from the ease of booking, recommendations from the host, cleanliness of the property, to the location with a short walk to the beach. Great Beach Front Spot

Our family of 4 had a great stay at this property. The unit is updated, clean, spacious, and well supplied. Not having to pack our own beach chairs was huge! It is steps away from the ocean and the private patio was a great way to relax in the ocean air. It's a great location, minutes away from the shopping and restaurants in Cape May or the Wildwood boardwalk. We highly recommend checking it out.

Our stay was excellent. The condo was super convenient- close to the beach club to eat, a short walk out to the pool and beach. There was plenty of room for everyone and the patio was relaxing to sit out at night. The hosts were fabulous and checked in to see if we needed anything. They have great restaurant recommendations as well. When a minor issue came up they were prompt to address it. Overall this was a great experience!

Home comfort with great location

My parents, husband and 4 year old daughter had a great time. The condo is in a great location right next to the pool and a short walk to the beach. After my daughter went to sleep and my parents quit for the day, it was nice having the beach club right around the corner. The family room is a great open concept we could all spread out and still be together. We will be returning for sure! This was a great escape!!!!

Family Vacation

What a great trip to Diamond Beach. Having stayed in Cape May for years, this was our first time to stay in this area. It was wonderful to be able to get to the beach with a just a short walk from the condo. Having 3 kiddos with us, this was wonderful. Also having a fenced in patio, it made it easy to keep the youngest safe, while letting her be outside. The condo was better than the pictures shown. We loved the open area of the kitchen and living room. It was such a great place for our family to come together and have a wonderful vacation. We would most definitely be looking to stay in this listing again. Thank you!

Excellent place!

This is a fantastic place to stay in Diamond Beach! We had an absolutely wonderful stay!! There’s a long list of great things about it:) - Very clean, very nicely decorated, and very spacious! Unfortunately pictures can often be deceiving and was certainly not the case here. I couldn’t believe how much space there was! We have spent so many vacations in a cramped condo and was so nice to have room to breathe. - Communication with Brian and Alicia was great - Location couldn’t be beat! First floor, walk right out your patio door - take a left and you’re at the pool, take a right and you’re steps away from the sand!! So nice and convenient!! - Diamond Club is right there to grab a quick drink or bite to eat. Great food and drinks! Some other things to note that we’re great here but at times are underrated… - Never ran out of hot water! (And it was hot!) Many loads of wash and 8+ showers before dinner every day and it was never an issue! - Beds and pillows were comfy - Central air was great. Every room and bedroom was perfectly cool, day and night - Large utility room with large washer and dryer (no having to wash 3 towels at a time in a stacked machine hiding in a closet). We definitely plan to stay there again when head back to Diamond Beach!

We totally enjoyed our stay

We were 2 grandparents, 2 parents and a 10 month old. The condo was perfect for us. The kiddie pool was a major hit and the we all enjoyed the hot tub, pool and going to the beach everyday. The condo is on the first floor and does not have a water view. It does, however, have a lovely view of a pretty dune and is very peaceful. There was a tiny bit of foot traffic on the walkways but it felt very private. The pool is right next door, but not visible from the porch and we heard no noise. The condo was clean, very pleasant and well-equipped with a good layout for both sets of adults and the baby. I would definitely stay there again.

Great vacation at this condo

My immediate and extended family and I had a great week at the condo. The convenience to the pool and beach could not be beat and access to the beach bar really was a game changer, especially b/c the food was so good. The owners of the condo were kind and very responsive, and made us feel welcome by leaving a care package of beach gear and cleaning supplies. The condo itself was roomy and comfortable, and everyone could spread out and not be on top of each other. The kitchen had all the cooking supplies we needed. The outdoor patio was lovely in the morning and evening and a great place to store our beach gear. We are already talking about going back next year!

Relaxing Getaway!

We loved the location of this condo! Steps to the beach, pool, and outdoor beach bar. You walk right out of your patio! Diamond beach is beautiful and the length of the beach is much shorter than other spots along wildwood. The condo was very clean and comfortable. We managed 6 adults and 3 children with one and a half baths with alternating showers. The master bath has a shower coming out of the wall that makes a big mess but the owners will be renovating it for next season. They were wonderful to work with and very responsive. Every room had flat screen TVs and we used the laundry room a few times to keep our towels and clothes smelling fresh. There was also a slop sink for quick hand washing. We felt right at home here! Definitely recommend!
