With an area of 32m2, it can easily accommodate up to 4 people with a bedroom equipped with a double bed in 140x200 and a convertible sofa in 140x200. The shower room and toilet are separated. The living room is equipped with air conditioning, a convertible sofa and a TV.The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to prepare your meals and includes a microwave combi oven, a coffee maker (Nespresso), a large refrigerator with freezer, a kettle, a toaster, and a washing machine. A private parking space will allow you to park in front of the residence. Please note that the end of stay cleaning, linen and towels are not included in the rental rate.
