Between Trocadero and Arc de Triomphe.
Luxurious pied à terre of 80 m2, between Arc de Triomphe and Trocadéro, non-smoking, for tenants who respect the premises and the neighborhood. Entrance, living room 40 m2, facing south, fully equipped US kitchen, office, very quiet bedroom with a surprising view of the water tanks, walk-in shower room with toilet. This is my apartment that I rent very occasionally, so some cupboards are reserved for me. The apartment is in perfect condition, on a high floor, in a 2930 building with caretaker. Possibility of cleaning during the stay. The period of the Olympic Games being "particular", serious guarantees will be requested for the rental, copy of the passport requested.
