Northerly half house comprised of two comfortable beach rental units semi-attached via exterior deck steps (8) providing all the fun of vacationing together without the hassle of oversharing bathrooms, kitchens or laundry. Perfect for up to 8 people. This property is oceanside, but does not have water views from either floor. Upper unit has a beach side patio and a deck facing westerly marsh sunsets for outdoor enjoyment.

Great Location

Steps to the beach. Clean and spacious property with two semi connected units. Everything as described and the owners were easy to work with.
