Great property..very clean, comfortable. Centrally located to many attractions. Tamika was great in communicating with me and I would definitely recommend to others. If ever back in the area I would definitely try to book again!!
We had a delightful stay at Coastal Farm Cottage. It was minutes from the quaint historic town of Tiverton with lovely shops and go-to Groundswell Cafe and Bakery. The cottage was clean and comfortable, and Tymeka was the most responsive of hosts.
We had a great time here. It's close to Fogland Beach, which is some nice cheap fun. 10 day pass for a calm beach day. The house is super clean and well appointed. Only real issue was that the mattress on the twin bed sagged and was much less comfortable than the mattress on the queen bed in the other bedroom.
Tamika (host) communicated in an excellent manner prior to our stay and during. The property fit our needs perfectly. We loved the area and enthusiastically encourage others looking for a quieter stay to consider Tiverton.
We stayed for a long weekend while our son was a camp. Property was clean and perfect for what we were looking for. Location was great- we spent a day in Newport and then took a drive to Plymouth. Check in and out was a breeze. We would definitely visit again.
Nice cozy cottage that would be perfect for a young family or a small number of adults; we had three adults for our trip and it worked out great. Beautiful relatively rural area very close to a couple of local beaches and not too far from downtown Newport. Everything was as described.
This is a wonderful spot, very close to some unique shops and restaurants. We had a great time and would recommend this place to anyone - and we’ll be back if we ever find ourselves in the area again. Thank you!
A restful stay with a comfy bed. Enjoyed listening and watching the birds on the deck by the vernal pool. Nicely decorated clean cottage, close to center of historic Tiverton 4 corners. Will be back !
The layout of the house was perfect. If I were to build a new home this would be the model. Deck needs some TLC and perhaps an extra panel to block the rain. Location was perfect. Was lol book again

Disliked: Listing accuracy
Greatly enjoyed the house and yard. Nice layout and location. Lovely outdoor space. However the kitchen was not adequately equipped. Only four dinner plates and not enough utensils. No cereal bowls! We had family come to visit and I asked them to bring tableware. I bought paper plates. The dishwasher was in poor condition but hardly necessary with so little tableware. It is a shame that such a nice cottage would have such a poorly furnished kitchen.

Hi Joseph, it's a shame you did not read the rules on my property. I do not allow visitors or parties. The cottage is equipped for the correct amount of people the cottage allows, which is only max 4. It seems you disregarded my cottage rules and had a party regardless and then gave a poor review.
Tymika was very responsive to all issues. Great communication about checking in.Several things about the property that were unexpected. The water heater was set very low and would only provide warm water, Tymika was very responsive and told me how to adjust it to the proper temperature. The pots and pan are old and could use updating. Cushions on the porch had growth, algae/moss, on them. One of the chairs in the living room had been chewed by a large dog or something. Overall the cottage is very nice and we would stay there again, the items above are mentioned to improve the cottage for a better stay.Thank you Tymika for the fast response to the water heater issue. We enjoyed our time at your cottage.

Thank you for your feedback. I regret to learn that you perceived the pans as outdated; they were purchased this spring 2025 from Le Creuset in stainless steel. Given that the cottage operates on solar power, I make an effort to eliminate items that introduce toxins into the home, which is why I opted for stainless steel pots and pans. The outdoor furniture is indeed older, and due to the cottage's proximity to water and it's natural surroundings, it is challenging to maintain the staining caused by nature.
Not one of those Vrbo houses where owner's stuff is crammed into cabinets and closets. This place feels like a real guest house, though kitchen, bath, bed, and laundry area have everything you need. Host is wonderfully helpful. A little road noise, but not a factor for us. And there is a fire house nearby, but they don't turn on their sirens. The big bonus: Right opposite is a nature preserve, Weetamoo Woods. And a mile down Eight Rod Way to the left is a fishing area with a stunning meadow and a perfect little clean lake.
Couldn't have been more comfortable or impressed. The house was perfect for our stay. Very clean, beautifully decorated. We loved our time in your cottage!
