About this property

Key Lime Condo, steps to the beach. Pet Friendly.

All surfaces are disinfected between guests. This unit has its own private porch entry. We have a no-contact check in and check out process.

Key Lime Condo in Coral House. 1/2 block to the beach --- Tybee Island's wide white-sand beach. Large porch. Privacy fence.

A beach access ramp is at the end of our block. The ramp crosses about 50 feet of dunes and ends on the beach. Just as close is another beach access where you are allowed to walk a path through the dunes to the beach.

Additional Details:

Key Lime Condo is a cozy 900 sq. ft. unit located in the back, bottom half of Coral House, which contains three separate condos. It’s perfect for a laid-back beach stay — just keep in mind it’s not a large unit and does share the property with two other rentals.

• Parking is available for 1–2 vehicles, with cars parked one behind the other on the side of the house.
• Metered public parking is available nearby if you arrive early or stay past checkout.

The second bedroom is a loft with:
• a half wall
• private balcony
• closet
The narrow spiral staircase leads to the loft; all other rooms are on the first floor.
The master bedroom and bathroom both have a step-up at the entrance (see photos for details).

• The kitchenette is fully stocked and includes:
• Double hot plate
• Large toaster oven
• Electric griddle
• Pots and pans
• Please note: There is no full stove.
• A charcoal grill is provided for outdoor cooking.

• The outdoor laundry room is shared with other guests and housekeeping.
• It has a separate entrance located on the back deck (opposite side from your condo entrance).

Noise & Neighbor Awareness
• The unit shares walls and a ceiling with neighboring condos, so some sound transmission is possible, much like in an apartment.
• The loft bedroom is most susceptible to overhead noise.
• If you experience excessive noise, let us know — we’ll promptly contact the other guests.

This was a great way to experience Tybee. The place was charming very clean and worked well for our family of four. It had a wonderful location to experience the beach on the north side of the island, which was preferred as it had all the beauty without having to share it with many people. If you have young kids, it is steps away from an ice cream shop that offers golf cart rentals to explore the island. We would definitely come back.

The key lime unit was done very nicely, the only thing that was a drawback was there was a lot of noise from upstairs and elsewhere.The host did a great job of providing all of the amenities you would want and you can tell that everything in the property has been well cared for.

I sympathize with the reviewer regarding the noise. If he had told us about it, we would have asked the upstairs guest to be mindful of their neighbors. The elsewhere noise was probably coming from the construction next door. Tybee has a well-enforced noise ordinance that establishes a quiet time from 10 PM to 7 AM. The construction would not be allowed during those hours.
