Very nice accommodations. Every thing was in good working order. Location couldn’t have been better for visiting the Old Town area. Lots of restaurants, stores, and bars. Easy access for fishing too.

We absolutely loved our stay! The place was beautifully done and right in the heart of old town. It’s in very short walking distance to several restaurants and shops. The inside is designed well and very cozy. We will be back!

The Loft on Mountain was very nice and comfortable. It was in walking distance to many restaurants, shops and breweries. This property far exceeded our expectations and was one of the best VRBO's we've stayed at. I would definitely book a stay here again if available.

Old town wonder

Just 5 minute walk from amazing restaurants and shopping, this gem is just the right size for 2. Since it’s off college ave it is quite and private. A great space to spend the day relaxing before heading into town or to the nearby breweries.

Ryan and I (Christine), love to travel! In our travels, we have stayed in many types of Hotels, B&Bs/Inns, and Vacation Rentals. It's always been a dream of ours to offer a space for others to stay in an area that's worth exploring. Old Town, Fort Collins is a gem! We designed the Loft on Mountain to be a peaceful, unique space in which to stay - to enhance your experience in Old Town and the surrounding area.

Ryan is an Engineer by trade, and I am a Graphic Designer. We both deviated from those carriers to open restaurants. The Melting Pot, Rodizio Grill, Social, and Union Bar & Soda Fountain (all located in Old Town) were our four "children." We are now retired and back to traveling often. It's our hope, that you will fall in love with Old Town - as we have.

The Loft on Mountain is in a prime location near many local breweries/distilleries, museums, boutique shopping, concert venues, bars & restaurants. There's even a nearby whitewater park and beautiful bike trails along the Poudre River. Be sure to stroll along the many alleyways for hole-in-the wall treasures, flowers & artwork.

The first level entry is a great entertainment space for a small gathering or as a workspace.
