This Indigo Suite second-floor unit is part of a charming 3-story home that hosts six private condos. Thoughtfully designed and well-appointed, this unit offers a welcoming home base for relaxing between Charleston adventures.
Per the official City of Charleston Short Term Rental ordinance, the property must NOT be occupied by "more than four (4) unrelated people". This does NOT apply to families.
This unit is fully licensed and legal with the City of Charleston under STR Operational Permit OP2025-06548 and business license BL034117.
Guest Access:
🔑Guests will receive a personal access code 24 hours before arrival. This code unlocks the keypad on the front door. A physical key will be available on-site as a backup in case of any technical issues.

⭐️ We do not offer refunds for noise-related issues that are to be expected of the location.
