'Baltic Sea Breeze 14'. Our fabulous penthouse apartment is on the third floor of the house 'Baltic Sea breeze' in the beach park Großenbrode, just about 100 meters from the fine sandy beach. The apartment is easily accessible by the elevator. Treat yourself to a break from everyday life and enjoy a nice time with us, because at the sea you have "sea time".

Our apartment extends over 87 square meters and offers enough space for up to 5 people. In our spa with sauna, jacuzzi and shower, you can relax after an eventful day. Enjoy several sauna sessions and gather new strength and energy. Complete your pampering with a soothing bath in the bubbling hot tub.

In our two bedrooms you will find the restful night and can dive in your own dream world. In one bedroom you have a double bed and the other bedroom has two twin beds. The two single beds can be pushed together if required like. Here is an additional TV. From both bedrooms you arrive at our first rooftop. After getting up, enjoy the fresh Baltic sea air with sea views.

The comfortable living area has a sofa bed, an armchair and a fireplace. Here is also the 40 inch Smart TV, a Blue-Ray player and a music system. Or let the evening fade away in peace in front of the crackling open fire. The bright dining area with 6 seats is connected to the open kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with everything your heart desires and offers you enough space and creativity for the preparation of your food.

Our second roof terrace with cozy garden furniture accessible from the living and dining area. Just enjoy the sunbeams on your skin and enjoy the "sea time". The roof terraces are oriented to the south and south-east.

We offer free Wi-Fi, telephone and a washing machine. A beach chair is available free of charge on the beach during the season from May to September.
A free parking lot, which also offers enough space for large and wide cars, is available at the house.

The apartment is on the 3rd Floor. The roof terraces are facing south and east-south-east.
