This condo has been recently renovated and offers new kitchen cabinets, new sofas, new beds, new 55” TV on 1st floor.
This community has a beautifully landscaped, secure courtyard that encompasses a large lagoon and free (with included pass) pool facility. Guests have access to the Van Der Meer Tennis Facility and Spinnaker Resort Fitness Center (with included pass) located directly across Deallyon Ave from the complex.

First time at Hilton Head

The condo was large plenty of room. There were stains on the carpet but it didn't take away from having fun. Host was very responsive. Not a bad walk from condo to coligny beach or coligny plaza. We walked first day but got caught in a downpour. That made it a long, cold walk with kids. We drove after that. There is free beach parking but you have to get there early to get a spot. Our only issue with the whole process was after we booked and paid we got a message saying we owed a refundable damage deposit then we would get access to condo. This was not disclosed in the booking process nor anywhere in the description. We thought the money we had already paid included all fees. So renter beware you may have additional charges that aren't disclosed when booking through VRBO.

Nice location. Average stay.

Place was clean and stocked ok. Communications were not so great. Upon arrival host asked me to communicate by mobile text instead of vrbo messaging. She then texted some different terms for me to agree upon before providing code to open the door. We had already driven almost 500 miles to this location, with no other lodging arrangements. So I agreed. The new terms required us to wash, dry, fold and store the used towels in a linen closet. Also purchasing the detergent was on us. Keep in mind, the cleaning and service fee we paid exceeded $300 for our 3 night stay. To top it off, we were required to send pictures, as if we were the cleaning company.
