KEPPLERS ARE BACK TO MANAGING THIER OWN CONDO. This villa is located in lovely Springwood Villas., a smoke free, pet free community close to Celebration Park & Coligny Beach and Plaza. You can take a leisurely 15 minute stroll to South Forest Beach, via paved beach access, from our spacious and comfortaby decorated all one floor condo with nearly 1300 sq ft. Springwood Villas.is a completely pet free, smoke free community per our home owners association. According to the ADA, our HOA has the right to ban all animals. even registered service dogs because we are a private community with no walk up hotel like accommodations.. NO SMOKING of any kind is allowed in the community, including vaping or medical marijuana. This 2 BR and 2 full bath unit has a queen sized sleep sofa in the living room and a Pack-N-Play. It sleeps 6-8 guests, but a maximum of 6 adults is allowed. The front BR has a Queen bed and full size futon. The master BR has a King bed with ensuite bathroom.. The villa has new kitchen cabinets, new carpet, ceramic tile floors, and granite counter tops. It features a fully stocked kitchen with all the comforts of home and a full size washer & dryer. The living room opens onto a private patio facing the pool with a nice view of the lagoon. There is comfortable patio furniture with a great view. There are 32 to 50 inch flat screens in every room with DVD players. There's a Playstation II with games, an X-Box 360 with games, a large selection of family movies, and free wireless internet. The condo is stocked with puzzles and games for hours of family enjoyment. This villa is ideal for both families and older couples. The closest beach is a 15-minute walk or 5-minute bike ride.. A short walk away is Celebration Park and Coligny Plaza, which features fine and casual dining, shopping, and entertainment. Across the street from Coligny Plaza is public Coligny Beach, featuring water jet fountains, where children can play for hours. There are bathroom facilities, changing areas, and ample parking. South Forest Beach is family friendly, well maintained, and has lifeguards during the summer. The entire island is connected with safe, off the road bike trails and beautiful scenery, and there are dozens of bike rental facilities nearby. There are also dozens of public golf courses anywhere from 10 to 30 minutes from the S Forest Beach area. Just a short drive or bike ride is Sea Pines Plantation, with the famous Harbour Town Lighthouse and South Beach, complete with the Salty Dog Cafe. These areas feature unique shopping, fine & casual dining, parasailing, jet ski rentals, and sightseeing cruise options. There are dozens of activities whether rain or shine in this relaxing, family friendly community.

Great Visit

Although our visit was short, we loved the accommodations. We used both bedrooms and even cooked a meal in the kitchen. We also used the pool, located right outside the unit. We would come back!

Wonderful location!

This is in an excellent location. Walkable to many restaurants, shops and the beach. There is a free trolley that stops close to the entrance as well. The condo was clean and comfortable.

Beautiful condo which was well stocked with everything you could possibly need. Pool is right outside the patio. Beautiful courtyard with birds galore right outside your window. Quiet, private, 10 min walk to the beach. We loved our stay.

Spacious, comfortable and well equipped. Nice position by pool. Liked location on ground floor and very close reserved parking for easy unloading. Although residents above us were quite noisy at night! Beach, restaurants and supermarket all close by. Scott & Michellene were very responsive to our questions and supplied helpful information about HH Island and things to do.

The condo was large and seemed to be perfect for 3 adult women to enjoy the annual festival. Great location and a nice pool area made us hopeful. Unfortunately, we found the beds and the dining room chairs pretty uncomfortable. It could use some updating.

Rooms and size of condo were great. Couch was a little stiff and uncomfortable but we spent little time in the living room. Very close to pool which was nice with two little ones. Michelle was very responsive to my questions! Would stay here again for sure!

Great location near pool

We stay at Springwood Villas every year for a family vacation. This unit was very conveniently located to our other family and was right in front of the pool. It was great having everything on one level - no steps! The owner gave us their cell numbers if needed. Check in was easy - no need to pick up keys from a rental company. The unit was reasonably priced. We will definitely try to get this unit again!

We just stayed in this villa..there is plenty of room for a big family. Very well equipt with anything you need, from utensils,pots and pans to games and beach stuff. The washer and dryer work awesome..pool is outside your back door..over all it was very nice and very roomy and comfortable..2 small issues..1 the master bed needs to be fixed or replaced. Head is lower than feet..2 if you have loud people upstairs it's a long week..they had 3 small children and the started running back and fourth up there starting at 7:30 in the morning I didnt care but the other people with me did..definitely would stay again though..

Disappointed

Although the location of this condo next to the pool makes it quite convenient, the condo itself is not up to Hilton head standards. I feel the description of this condo was disingenuous. To say that this condo was updated and fully stocked is not what I found. The beds were uncomfortable and a good nights sleep is important. Worn out and dated furniture and the bare minimum provided made my stay not pleasant.
