PARKING You will find a Parking Placard on the coffee table, additionally offered by us at no charge to you, make sure to follow the instructions from the Town of Palm Beach on where to park for unlimited time and for free.
Free short term on-street parking is also available in front of the hotel, on Sunrise Avenue (one-hour limit during the day, from 10 am to 5 pm, but no limit at night, from 5 pm to 10 am). For unlimited parking, there are two unofficial options, so please be discreet about this info... but these are at your own risk of getting a ticket. 1- In the back section of Chase bank parking lot (not in the front section): you can leave your car, at night, for free. 2- During the day, you can use valet parking at Publix supermarket, for a tip. 3- Park on the street, Police rarely enforces parking rules on our street (as they know we have a short supply of parking spaces) and chances to get a ticket are very slim.
KEY and FOB Make sure the front desk gives you a key WITH fob, which includes the door key for the apartment, and FOB necessary to access the pool area (anytime) + upper lobby (locked between 9pm and 7am). The reception, in the lower lobby, remains open 24-hour. Feel free to leave these keys at the reception, while you go in and out of the hotel.
WIFI There are 2 free networks available, provided by the building. The one called `Guest` does not require any password. The other one called `Owner` (more powerful) has the following password: l!ghtDay42 (second character is ! exclamation mark) ( and Day is a capital D) .
But as still being a little slow, we individually supply our own Higher Speed internet : ViveLaFrance password : boulogne561, (for inside the apartment).
Please note that you still will need the L!ghtDay42 in the common area of the building

IN CLOSET [] Beach gear items including backpack style beach chairs, beach/pool towels, and cooler-integrated picnic bags. [] Other amenities include a full size mirror, steam iron, ironing board, and an umbrella (for those occasional days).
BATHROOM [] Bathrobes, Slippers. [] Toiletry bags Includes your essentials, such as Soap, Shampoo, Conditioner, Shower gel, Body lotion, Dental floss, Q tips, Mouthwash, Shower cap and Ear plugs. . GARBAGE - RECYCLING Trash room is located next door to 2050. Recycle bins are on the top shelf. Yellow for paper. Blue for plastic, metal, glass. Extra trash bags are to be found inside the kitchenette trash can.
ICE MACHINE Your frig has an ice-maker, inside the freezer top compartment. And additional ice maker is available, outside the apartment, on your floor, near elevators.
FULL CLEANING If your reservation is for 5 nights or more, your booking includes a complementary, additional full cleaning in the middle of your stay. Please let us know on which day you would like your room to be serviced.
BREAKFAST Your reservation includes a daily breakfast for 2 persons at either, Patrick Lézé French patisserie, or Green`s Luncheonette (JFK family members’ favorite joint). -Patrick Lézé: coffee with choice of croissant, or demi-baguette, with butter and jelly [closed Sundays and Holidays] -Green`s Luncheonette: coffee with toasts [open everyday] Your breakfast tokens will be left for you in an envelope on your coffee table, Please leave non-used tokens in that same envelope for us to retrieve them after your departure.
SWIMMING POOL/VERANDA/TROPICAL GARDEN access Use the FOB on your keyring to unlock the door. Picnic tables and BBQ grill in garden.
LIBRARY Books free of use in Mezzanine level. r
PIANO You can play anytime, in the event room.
LAUNDRY Room in lower level. Washer/Dryer: $2 each - Coins available at the front desk - Detergent packets for sale in laundry room.
GROCERY STORE Publix: Across the street Amici (high end) : on County Road, next to Green Pharmacy.
RESTAURANTS DELIVERY Apps/websites: Postmates, Seamless, and UberEats. Pizza: Domino`s (only chain delivering to the island).
PHARMACY 3 pharmacy are available and very close walking distance. 1-Publix Pharmacy [walk], 2-Green`s Pharmacy [walk], 3-Fedco Drugs [walk].
FIRST AID KIT Available inside the bathroom vanity cabinet, or a larger kit available at the front desk.
BEACH ACCESS The nearest public beach access is on Root Trail and N. Ocean Blvd. The fastest and most scenic way to get there by foot, is to exit the hotel to the left on Sunrise, then left on N. County Road, then right on Root Trail. 7-minute walk. You can also get a free ride from `Circuit` App.

Beautifully appointed condo in an excellent location. Host provided for every conceivable need and went above and beyond with their hospitality. Front desk was helpful and always available. Had a wonderful stay.
i’ve stayed in different condos in this building for the past 8 years. this is the cleanest unit i’ve rented. it has everything you need/want with some things i hadn’t thought of. updated, great spot in building - quick to get to and quiet. updated kitchen and bath - you won’t be disappointed!! response from management was super quick when we had questions!
The apartment is clean and well appointed. Short walk to the Poinciana Plaza with its shops and restaurants. Short walk/ drive to the Breakers, Worth Ave etc. several restaurants around. Large pool. Valet parking included- a big plus in PBBuilding staff pleasant and helpful. The owner was very responsive. The common areas are a bit tired, but the owners were upfront about it. Overall a great value for the money!

Had a wonderful stay! The host was very friendly, responsive and helpful and the apartment was clean, and comfortable. Both the apartment and the hotel have so much charm! We loved exploring the common areas including the library and pool/garden area. The lobby is also beautifully decorated for the holidays. We appreciated the flexibility with check-in as we checked in a lot later than expected, but the 24 hour front desk staff made the process seamless. Valet service is also a nice perk and we loved being right across the street from Publix for a quick grocery trip! Location, cleanliness and overall hospitality was top notch and we will definitely return! Thank you for the warm South Florida welcome!
Pascal was an amazing host. From our first communication to our last she was always asking how should could be helpful or improve our stay. Such a fantastic location whether you're coming to PB for the beach, the shopping, or just looking to enjoy some warmer weather.
The apartment is beautifully updated, modern and very clean. The kitchen is well stocked with dishes and silverware and everything needed to make a simple meal or a cup of coffee/tea. The king bed is very cozy and my daughter slept well on the pull out couch. The included valet service for our vehicle was wonderful! The location is perfect within a short walking distance to restaurants, the beach, boutiques and the grocery store. We walked everywhere and then came back and relaxed by the pool in the outdoor courtyard garden. We had a perfect vacation and will be back this winter for sure!
We had a very pleasant experience in the orchid apartment, the location is perfect, having the free parking and breakfast Included made it more comfortable and enjoyable. Thank you Pascale for being so kind with us!!

Excellent location, close to everything we wanted to see
Overall I’m very happy but I have a few suggestions:
TV definitely needs to be replaced as it has two red lines on the screen when it is turned on in the main living room area
The couch in the living room area should be replaced very uncomfortable
Bed is a little bit soft
Could use a make up mirror in the bathroom
Handles on the chest of drawers in the bedroom came off when trying to open the drawer
Nicely renovated apartment and great communication! Thank you for the great stay
