Gorgeous, private Naples Park home. 5 mins from beach w/ heated saltwater pool!
Beautifully remodeled privately owned home with brand new heated salt-water pool. We are beyond grateful not to have suffered any damage in the hurricane. Located in beautiful, quiet Naples Park, and 1 mile to our beautiful sandy beaches at Delnor-Wiggins State Park and Vanderbilt beach.
Fully furnished with every attention to detail. Gourmet kitchen with brand new appliances, quartz countertops, island and breakfast bar. King bedroom with en-suite bathroom, and Queen and Twin bedrooms. Additional guest bathroom with tub. All linens provided. Lots of space for guests and family. Large screened lanai where you can relax after a day at the beach or in the pool.
Property includes high-speed Internet access, smart TVs, washer and dryer, iron, grill, beach equipment (chairs, tent, boogie boards and toys) and bicycles.
Well maintained, clean and cared for. No pets or smoking. Make this your vacation or winter getaway home!
