I am unaware of any water issue other than we know we have well water and we provide a filtered water pitcher for drinking. The water is safe to shower and use we just prefer to not drink it as you would town water. If you meant the washing machine error, yes there was an error on the listing that was corrected immediately and we offered to pay for any laundry fees incurred if you needed to do wash during the 3 day stay. We did not realize the listing changed to stating we offered a washer/dryer which we do not. We apologize for any inconveniences it may have caused.

I booked this stay for my elderly parents with mobility issues for the Thanksgiving holiday. The fact that there were no stairs and a walk-in shower, made it ideal for them. The place had everything they needed and was a cute, clean, quiet, cozy retreat for them.

This was our favorite stay during our trip to New England! The unit was spotlessly clean, had upgraded and thoughtful amenities, and was in a beautiful and quiet area. We even caught a glimpse of the northern lights from Hillary’s backyard! The nightly rate is also very reasonable.

We stayed here for the VT City Marathon weekend (also Memorial Day weekend) and it was perfect - exactly what we wanted. It was clean, had everything we needed, and our hosts were great with communication throughout our stay. Would definitely recommend if you need somewhere quiet, but also close to Burlington.

Excellent location and host

This was a perfect spot for my wife and I to stay and enjoy Burlington! Hillary was very responsive and provided us everything we needed. She was also flexible when our travel plans changed, which was greatly appreciated.
