3 bed 2 bath brick home ready for a lake vacation. Located along the Ouachita River and Lake Hamilton for a variety of water activities to choose from daily. This vacation home is located in historic Hot Springs, Arkansas. Marvel Lake House includes a kids room with a boat bed to stimulate the imagination. Kids will enjoy watching salt water fish swim by as they begin with breakfast at the dining room table.. Marvel Lake House is directly located along the water for access to boating, swimming, and fishing in the backyard. Home has two additional bedrooms; Bedroom one is located within the loft area of the home and a king sized bed. Bedroom two has a queen sized bed with an on suite bathroom. Parking is limited; 3 cars maximum.

Holiday Retreat

Had a nice relaxing time. The river was cold but refreshing. There was quite a bit of boat traffic on the holiday weekend. Parking not ideal. Very clean and with the kayaks plenty to do.

AWESOME

This property was excellent for our stay. My boys enjoyed the river and my dad went crazy over the how relaxing the furniture was in the house. The only down size was the internet, which is no fault of the owner. By living in a rural area myself, I understand the availability of services, but we quickly overcame that with all the games, riding bikes that was provided with the house and enjoying good ole family conversations---that's right---making memories!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Beautiful and Peaceful

Enjoyed our stay very much. Property was beautiful and clean. Since we were right on the water the kids fished and caught some nice fish. Even the older kids enjoyed themselves. Would definitely stay here again when we come back to the area. Thank you so much for allowing us to stay.

We will be back!

Beautiful home to allow lots of relaxation and fun. Downtown is only about 15-20 minutes away. Had a great time tubing and kneeboarding. Residence has everything you need to cook, grill, and just enjoy yourselves.

Beautiful house

Super easy process, wonderful home. Only downside was i thought the kids would be able to swim at the house, but there wasn’t a dock or a ladder accessible. Internet was terrible too. But plenty of time for fishing and relaxing. Would stay again.
