There's new luxury vinyl plank flooring (no carpet), new stainless steel kitchen appliances, new full sized washer and dryer and new central A/C. So whether you want to chill out in the condo or use it as a base of your expeditions to attractions in the area, you're in the right place!

As a guest, you'll be delighted by the array of traveler favorites at your fingertips. Unwind in the one of the 5 inviting outdoor pools or soothe your senses in one of the 2 hot tubs. If you need to keep up with your workout regimen, there's a fitness room with great views in the resort. The beautiful beach is steps away across the street from the Condo.

Being on the 6th floor has it's advantages - it's high enough for a great view and there's a walkway to from the 6th floor across to the North Garage which makes loading and unloading your vehicle much more convenient since you can save some elevator time.

If you plan to cook some meals in the condo, there's plenty of kitchenware available.
The dining area has a table with 4 chairs and there's 6 stools available for the kitchen island. In addition there's a table with 5 chairs on the balcony and seating at the sectional and lounge chairs as well. There are nearby places where you can purchase fresh sea food to make a meal. There's grills located on the ground level for guests to use.

Sleeping arrangements include:
Master bedroom with King Sized Bed and large ensuite bathroom with garden style tub, shower stall and double sink.
2nd Master bedroom with King Sized Bed and ensuite bathroom
3rd bedroom has a king sized bed, no en-suite bath

Condo was very nice and clean. Loved the resort and the restaurants on the bottom floor. Beach is a small walk across the street. Loved being beside of Pineapple Willy’s so we could just walk to lunch. Host was great!

This is our 2nd time at the Warf but 1st time in this unit. Unit had a great view of the Ocean and was able to watch the light show out front door.we will definitely rent again if unit is available when we come next year. We didnt have long wait times for elevators except the 1st day, other than that no issues.

We had a great experience. The property was nice and clean. It was perfect for our vacation. The location on the 6th floor made it much more enjoyable because we did not need to use the extremely slow/busy elevators as much. The location is just across the street from the beach. Communication with the property manager was great. Any time I had questions he was easy to contact. Hopefully we’ll be back to visit soon!

We have enjoyed coming to Panama City for years with our family and dreamed of owning a vacation home by the ocean. We were fortunate to be able to acquire a condo at the Laketown Wharf Resort. We felt it would be a great vacation home for our family to visit and to share it with others to help offset the cost of ownership.

Why they chose this property

We have stayed at other resorts in the Panama City Beach area as well as in other parts of Florida. The last several years we've grown to favor Panama City Beach because of its beautiful beach, the mix of restaurants, Pier Park shopping area, and other nearby attractions. We chose Laketown Wharf because of its overall amenities, its appearance and its location. We chose our particular condo for the size, the views, and its location within the complex. We are able to walk from our condo on the 6th floor to our car parked on the 6th floor of the North Garage making it easier to move in and out without having to rely on the elevators. Laketown Wharf has something for just about everyone: 5 swimming pools including a kiddie pool, several restaurants, a well equipped fitness center, and a boardwalk around a freshwater lake. The beach is only 225 feet away through a private beach access. The resort has been well managed and safe. It is obvious that the property is well maintained. Our property was a model unit, so it was nicely decorated and has not had much actual use.

What makes this property unique

We enjoy the view of the Gulf of Mexico from our Balcony. All the rooms are large. It was professionally decorated. The kitchen appliances are new, we replaced all the carpet with luxury vinyl plank and the A/C and hotwater heater are new. We have the ability to invite our friends to stay in our condo and still maintain our privacy. We like the walkability of the area. The Boardwalk around the lake provides for a relaxing stroll. It's proximity to the beach and other activities is hard to beat. The nightly fountain show with its lights and music is an added plus.
