Pleasant stay on Ile de Re

A very pleasant stay on Ile de Re, Villa Lilaval was excellent - situated in a quiet corner of Bois Plage with lovely outdoor space and pool. Thanks very much Cindy for the warm welcome and restaurant recommendations.

very surprised by this note and this comment especially when it is written by a tenant who has paid neither his linen rental nor his cleaning despite reminders from the agency / très surprise par cette note et ce commentaire surtout lorsqu’elle est rédigée par un locataire qui est parti sans régler sa réservation de linge et le ménage malgré les relances de l’agence …

Prestation non conforme mais maison agréable

La maison est très agréable, bien aménagée et équipée. La literie était confortable. Néanmoins, nous avions réservé la location parce que l'agence nous a confirmé que la piscine serait chauffée à la période où nous allions venir . Malheureusement ce n'était pas le cas. D'ailleurs elle n'était même pas nettoyée. .L'hôte de l'agence était très désagréable dans la justification de la non conformité des prestations allant même jusqu'à nous proposer d'annuler la réservation à 19h30.Le seul geste commercial qui nous a été proposé était de rester une nuit de plus avec une piscine toujours non chauffée alors que la journée du jeudi était propice à une baignade .

Une superbe maison !

Une superbe maison, bien équipée, un superbe extérieur, bien orienté ! Nous avons passé 4 supers journées entre amis et nous nous sommes régalés !!! L’agent immobilier était vraiment arrangeante et très sympathique ! À refaire sans hésitation !
