3 minutes walk from the daily market, next to the beach and its guinguette. Close to the citadel, the port and its cabins.
A 120 m2 house with garden, beautiful, nice volumes, bright and quiet. 35 m2 living room, terracotta tiles, with sofa bed. Modern kitchen with office opening onto terrace. Upstairs, 3 bedrooms, one with sea view, with shower and sink. A 2nd bedroom with double bed and also a mezzanine with single bed. A 3rd bedroom with sofa bed, wall-mounted Samsung Smart TV. Bathroom with shower. WC on the ground floor and upstairs. On the garden level, 18m2 room with sleeping area. Outdoor shower (hot water) back from the beach, annex exit onto small street.
Possibility to park bikes into the garden.
You can park your car at the end of the street.

Wonderful

The house is simply amazing. Many levels, great garden. Kitchen is well equipped. Washing machine and dishwasher are not only present, but the soap and dishwasher capsules are also there. Owner is very friendly and more than willing to help. WiFi works. Not in all rooms the reception is 100%, but that's a minor detail. We will more than likely return to Île d'Oléron, but only if this house is available.

Wir waren knapp zwei Wochen da. Das Haus ist einfach traumhaft. Wir haben die Terrassen auf mehreren Ebenen genossen. Auch der morgendliche Blick über die Dächer aufs Meer ist bezaubernd. Die Lage ist top. Zu Fuß kann man alles in der Stadt bis zum Hafen erreichen. Der fussläufig erreichbare Strand hat keine Wellen. Den Wellenstrand erreicht man bequem mit dem Auto in 10 Minuten. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Es waren traumhafte Tage in diesem Haus.

Nous avons passé deux tres bonnes semaines sur l'Ile d'Oleron. La maison d'Armand est tres agréable et conforme a la description de l'annnonce. Nous avons apprecie son charme et son calme, ainsi que sa proximite a la plage et au centre-ville.Mention speciale pour l'accueil et la gentillesse de Camille a notre arrivee, comme a notre depart. Armand et Camille sont a l ecoute et tres reactifs.C'est avec grand plaisir que nous reviendrons.

Maison de charme

Nous nous sommes sentis très bien dans cette belle maison dès le début. La situation est magnifique, le lieu chateau d'oleron est unique. L'accueil était très chaleureux. Le propriétaire Armand ètait toujours disponible et attentif, la communication ètait très agréable et simple. Nous avons passé 2 semaines merveilleuses ici. Nous avons apprécié de pouvoir faire presque tous les trajets à pied et à vélo. Les plages de la côte ouest nous ont particulièrement plu, là aussi nous y sommes allés à vélo. Nous reviendrons volontiers. la famille Müller
