Regency Place 301 is a well-kept, beautifully decorated, three-bedroom, two-bathroom condo, located just a block from the beach on 44th Street with no busy streets to cross! Ideal for the vacationing family, this oceanside property features a comfortable, open-concept living room with an adjoining balcony that has partial views of the ocean and bay in the distance.

Start your morning off with a cup of coffee while enjoying the sea breezes, then head out to experience the sights! This suite includes a well-equipped kitchen, flatscreen TVs in the living room and bedrooms, a DVD player, free WiFi, a private washer/dryer, and central air conditioning, plus parking and an elevator as well.

This is one of the least-crowded parts of Ocean City, giving you easy access to points north and south, as well as dozens of nearby restaurants and activities. When you're ready for a bite to eat, check out Seacrets, DRY 85 OC, or the 45th Street Taphouse Bar & Grille, all of which are less than five blocks away and offer great food, drinks, and entertainment. In addition, the Roland E. Powell Convention Center is within three blocks, convenient if you're visiting during some of Ocean City's top events, such as Cruisin' Ocean City, Endless Summer Cruisin', OC Bikefest, and Maryland State Firemen's Association Convention. The popular Ocean City Boardwalk is also reachable in a 10-15-minute drive. You can even take advantage of Ocean City's ride-all-day bus fare, with bus stops at just about every block along Coastal Highway.

Things to Know

Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V, of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
