It is just 20 minutes walk from Richelieu Est beach (via walking path) and 300m from the shops.
From the 100m² terrace and garden you can enjoy the sun, greenery and tranquillity of the golf course. A large swimming pool (25m) and tennis court are also available in the residence.
On the ground floor, 6 beds in a unique environment (large garden with trees, sun and shade) with a large swimming pool, tennis court and bowling green in the residence.
