Right at the foot of the building, you’ll find RESTAURANTS, SUPERMARKETS, SHOPS, and BARS. And just a few minutes’ walk away, you’ll be at the marina, the cinema, or on the pier heading towards Groix and Port-Louis!

For the more adventurous, buses just a 2-minute walk away will take you to the university campus, the “La Colloc” COWORKING SPACE, and the BEACH.

If you have a car, you’ll always find a parking spot near the building, whether it’s free or paid. Even though the area is pedestrian-only, you can still drive down the street.

# The apartment is on the 4th floor with no lift. Therefore, it is unfortunately not recommended for families with children under 2 years old or for people with limited mobility.
# Smoking is permitted only on the balcony
# Pets are not allowed
# Respect for the neighbors is essential
# Professional cleaning is provided between each stay
# The apartment must be left clean and tidy
# At the end of your stay, you will be asked to clean and put away the dishes, kitchen utensils, and contents of the refrigerator.

A Message from the Owner

Originally from Lorient, I set out to explore the world when I turned 18. Through my travels over the past 10 years, I’ve stayed at numerous hotels, hostels, and Airbnbs, both for tourism and work. And that’s how I came to understand what turns a temporary lodging into a home away from home.
Since then, I’ve always kept in mind the idea of one day—perhaps—offering a place to stay that combines the best aspects of my experiences.

In 2022, I decided to buy a pied-à-terre in my favourite city and fell in love with this 1950s apartment.
Fascinated by the postwar history of this city—which, after being completely destroyed, managed to rise from the rubble in just a few short years—I wanted to modernise a space steeped in history.

After two months of hard work—and with the invaluable help of my friends and family—I’m finally opening the doors to my first project.

I’ve poured a lot of energy and heart into creating this “Petit Bonheur,” and I hope it will allow you to enjoy a stay filled with positivity, joyful moments, and memories that will remain etched in your minds forever.
