About this property

Villa near the beach with private pool and unlimited wifi.

Modern villa with private pool 200 meters from Riells beach.

Casa Rabassa is located at the end of a very quiet cul-de-sac, close to all the shops, bars and restaurants. You can spend your holidays without touching the vehicle.

A charge of €8 per night and per electric vehicle on arrival allows you to charge your car without having to go to the city's charging stations.

At the front there is a beautiful terrace overlooking a private garden with a swimming pool.
You can park your vehicles at the entrance.

On the ground floor there is a large bright living room with an equipped kitchen, the dining room with a large window which opens onto the terrace.

A full bathroom and two bedrooms complete the level.

Upstairs there is a suite with a private bathroom and a large terrace.

At the back there is a small hidden garden, accessible through the garage and where you can park some equipment such as bicycles.

The villa is fully air-conditioned.

Sheets and towels are provided (the beds are made and there are 2 towels per person).

This villa is ideal for families with children.

During your stay, I will receive you personally on the day of your arrival and I will leave you a map of L'Escala with all the necessary information (supermarkets, restaurants, excursions, nearby towns, etc.).
Available 7 days a week from 8:30 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. for any reason arising from a problem, depending on the duration of the holiday.

Aufenthalt war super, konnten schon morgens um 9 Uhr einchecken. Haus ist gut ausgestattet, es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Die Temperatur im Pool ist etwas kalt, was uns persönlich jedoch nicht gestört hat.Gastgeber sind spitze, haben nützliche Tipps für die Umgebung und die Restaurant Empfehlungen sind 1. Klasse.Das Haus hätte etwas sauberer sein können wobei von dreckig keine Rede sein kann. Wir würden jederzeit wieder dort Urlaub machen.

Empfehlenswert

War super schön. Alles sehr sauber und gepflegt. Wir hatten 1-2 Probleme aber der Vermieter war sehr nett und hat die Probleme sofort behoben. Sehr freundliche Gastgeber. Zum Strand sind es nur 3-5 Gehminuten.

SUPER GAAF HUIS!!!

A.lles is perfect verlopen, de gastheer komt zijn afspraken stipt na en is goed bereikbaar. Hij reageert supersnel dus alleen maar lof.Het zwembad word keurig om de dag schoongemaakt.De locatie is super.Alles dichtbij op loopafstand.

Herbsturlaub mit Hund und Familie

Es ist ein schönes großes Haus sehr dicht an Strand und Meer. Grundlegend ist es auch sehr sauber. Die Dusche oben ist nicht mehr so schön. Diese könnte mal renoviert werden. Das Geschirr mussten wir vor dem ersten Gebrauch selber nochmal abwaschen. Ich denke das der vorherige Urlauber nur noch das Kurzprogramm in der Spülmaschine genutzt hat. Die Dachterrasse könnte auch mal neu bestückt werden. Die Waschmaschine steht in der Garage, was sehr praktisch ist. Es fehlt nur ein größerer Wäscheständer. Die Ausstattung ist grundsätzlich für 4 Personen ausreichend. Eine Schere war nicht zu finden. Der Pool war kalt aber sehr sauber. Der ganze Garten war toll. Für unsere Hunde ein Traum. Auch für uns. Die engere Umgebung war in Ordnung. Der Ort selber wunderschön. Fussläufig waren die Ausgrabungen gut zu erreichen. Traumhaft dort… Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, mehrere Geschäfte und Restaurants sind in wenigen Gehminuten zu erreichen. Ein Tagesausflug nach Barcelona ist kein Problem. Vielen Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt… Wir würden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen.

Casa acogedora en zona tranquila

Bonita casa con piscina privada, situada en una tranquila calle vecinal sin tráfico ni ruidos, pero a pocos metros del mar. Es un lujo poder ir andando a la playa y al paseo donde encuentras tiendas y restauración. La casa está limpia y bien equipada, y a la llegada te proporcionan información de interés sobre la zona, para que puedas planificar bien tus vacaciones. En nuestro caso, no llegamos a conocer al Sr.Germain, pero nos recibió su hija Lea, y nos atendió estupendamente, dando respuesta a todas nuestras dudas de manera rápida y profesional. Ha sido un placer pasar nuestras vacaciones en esta propiedad y sin duda la tendremos en cuenta para próximas vacaciones.

Agréable découverte de la région.

La villa correspond tout à fait aux photos et à la description qui en est faite. La villa est idéal pour une famille ou pour deux couples d'amis, offrant un espace à chacun (deux salles de bain et toilettes). La literie est bonne. La piscine a été très appréciée durant ce séjour très ensoleillée.Nous avons passé un très bon séjour durant trois semaines. M. GERMAIN est à l'écoute, disponible et très réactif. Nous recommandons cet hôte et ferons de nouveau appel à ses services dans la perspective de nos prochaine vacances.

Séjour à L'Escala

Location très agréable et bien située. Nous étions 4 personnes +1 chien. Maison bien agencée pour ce nombre de personnes et pour être à l'aise, avec nos besoins spécifiques. Pour le chien il y a un petit bois à 100m; Séjour et accueil parfaits, gérant très sympa et à l'écoute et en plus originaire de notre ville. Nous sommes prêts à revenir l'an prochain, peut être une semaine supplémentaire.

Perfekte Größe und Lage

Bei dieser Objekt war alles stimmig: Die Kommunikation im Vorfeld, ein später Check-In war kein Problem, die Bilder und die Realität waren identisch und ein gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Das Haus liegt in einer ruhigen Wohngegend, ist innen modern und schön übersichtlich. Für unsere Familie mit Teenagern war es perfekt. Alle Geschäfte sind in der Nähe und zu schönen Stränden nicht allzu weit. Alles in allem so, dass man gerne wiederkommen würde.

Excellent séjour ++++

Très bon retours sur cette location, notamment pour l’accueil, la localisation de la maison est dans un quartier résidentiel et proche de la plage (j’y allais avec le paddle sous le bras). L’intérieur est moderne et parfaitement fonctionnel (y a des rangements partout !!!). La piscine est bien mais une réfection des joints est à faire pour la prochaine saison, sinon très sympathique (la lumière le soir aurait été la cerise sur le gâteau). Un petit souci de fermeture de la baie vitré mais cela n’a pas posé de souci pour notre séjour (blocage à la mode française lol). Donc que du bonheur pour nos 10jours dans cette location, Classement dans notre TOP 3 des locations de maison avec piscine et climatisation depuis maintenant 15 ans. Et l’escala est une ville très sympa. A refaire.
