Beautiful 80 m² corner house with air-co comprises a lounge/dining room with open-plan fitted kitchen and pantry, 3 bedrooms (2 opening onto the balcony: 1 with a 140x190 bed, 1 with 2 single 80x190 beds; on the north side, 1 with 2 bunk beds and 1 pull-out bed) with wardrobes and fan blades, a bathroom, a shower room and separate toilet.
Large terrace with awning, on the same level as the living room.
Numbered free parking space. Wi-fi included.
Mas de Gigaro" secure estate with communal pool from june to september approx. 500m away (€10/person/week, security deposit €50, free for under-7s), tennis court (security deposit €100, access by prior arrangement for €40/week).
Optional linen hire: €20 double bed, €10 single bed, €8 set of 2 towels including bathmats and tea towels.
Approx. 1 km from the beach with its restaurants, mini-market with bakery and international press, coastal and marine paths, 10 minutes from Ramatuelle, 15 minutes from the Escalet beaches and 20 minutes from Pampelonne.
