Only 5 min walk from the beach, crossing a large park in front of the apartment and via a pedestrian walk.
Supermarkets, groceries, bakeries, pharmacy, restaurants just near the condo.
1 large parking spot in a secured parking.
10 min drive from Antibes and from Juans Les Pins (famous for its annual International Jazz Festival in July)
20 min drive from the airport (also accessible with Airport express bus which bus stop is right by the condo)
15 min drive from Cannes and its glamourous beaches
30 min drive from Nice and its famous Promenade des Anglais
