This one bedroom, one bathroom apartment is located on the sea front and is situated on the 4th Floor (with lift) with fabulous sea views. The balcony is a comfortable space with a dining table, seating for a least 4 people. There is also a balcony located off the bedroom. The kitchen is fully equipped including a dishwasher and large fridge. The apartment is located a 5 minute walk from the centre of Juan les Pins. The Old Town of Antibes can be reached by bus or is only a 30 minute walk. Both Cannes and Nice are also easily reached by bus or train. The train station is only a 5 minute walk. Please note in addition to the advertised price an 80€ cleaning fee is payable on arrival. This covers all cleaning, bed linen, towels, beach towels and the services of the person checking you in who will be available during your stay should you have any questions.

Juan Les Pins Appartment

Excellent stay, apartment had everything we needed for a comfortable stay and more besides. Fantastic location. could not be any closer to a public beach and lots of good restaurants. Also a short walk to several supermarkets, boulengeries etc. Transport links to Cannes, Nice and Antebes easily accessed, quick and simple to use. Check in with Nigel was thorough and he gave us lots of very useful tips for restaurants and places to visit. would definately recommend this place.

Didn't want to leave !

We attempted to stay here in April 2020 and also Sept 2020, but both times we were unable to stay because of Covid. We finally stayed in September 2023 and weren't disappointed ! It was lovely, the apartment has everything you need, it's clean comfortable and quiet. Great location too, I wish I woke up to that view every day ! Nigel and Jocelynne were nice people, very helpful !

Wonderful stay in Antibes / Juan Les Pins!

This property has a great location, is well kept. There is daily cleaning downstairs keeping the building nice. We walked, ubered, and took the local train (two blocks away) everywhere. The apartment had great beach things we could utilize which made for an amazing stay. Really appreciated all the amenities. The beds were quite comfortable and our teenage daughters had a blast being so close to the beach. Thank you for the wonderful stay! We hope to be back again soon!
