Each Town & Island Co. unit is equipped with coded locks and unique codes that are changed regularly. You will receive all important check-in information 3 days prior to arrival.
Early check-in or late check-out requests are evaluated and granted on a case-by-case basis. We offer a luggage storage space with a coded lock in the backyard for guests to use as needed.

Severe Weather Policy: If a Mandatory Evacuation Order is issued by the Governor of SC, your stay will be refunded. However, if a Mandatory Evacuation Order is NOT issued by the Governor of SC, then the standard cancellation policy will still apply, and no refund will be issued.

The house was very clean, and in nice walking distance to Kings street to nice restaurants /cafes and stores. We enjoyed the pool but it’s size is extremely small so more like a wading pool that you can sit and cool off, not for swimming. Perfect for what we needed. Loved that each room had its own bathroom. Drive way is tight but manageable and nice to have. Would definitely come back again.

Enjoyed our stay at this property and it met every expectation. Location for Charleston was very good-all walkable, easy accessible. All the rooms had everything you needed and the kitchen was big by holiday let standards too-everything in it we needed. Pool was an added bonus for teenager family members to dip their bodies in. Only snag we hit was our car was too large for the driveway, but they gave us a parking pass to use on the street which was a good compromise in the end. Highly recommend you try this place out.

The listing was misleading regarding a pool. This is not a pool. The gnats in the house were so bad we had to go buy traps for them the day we got there. Parking is beyond bad even with the drive most of the time you can’t get into it. Water pressure is non existent in the showers. Very very tight spaces everywhere except the living room. It was a nice decor and it was clean. The washers and dryers were nice. Will not go back.
We experienced a past listing with another company, we were almost left stranded. “Summer Haze” popped into our page and we couldn’t have had a better stay. With 10 of us, everyone had their own beds and bathrooms were in their room. The dining table was fantastic to hold dinners and games. The patios were relaxing and rejuvenating after a rough beginning to our vacation. The beds were comfortable and the place was clean and welcoming. The location was perfect for walking into Market, Kings, Meeting, and had its own little area of fun with bars and food! We were grateful we were 20 minutes from Folly Beach and 20 Min from Sullivans Island. Overall, finding this gem saved our trip from disaster, and we couldn’t thank the company enough for having us! They catered to our needs and we’re customer friendly. This place is saved for the future, we’d love to come back!
