Fully Loaded with amenities for kitchen, bath, etc. Vinyl Plank Flooring- No Carpet.
Cox Cable TV & Fast Wifi. Large Heated Pool and a Hot Tub.
Small fitness room has seen better days. On premises nice, large Laundry Facility with new machines that accept payment via smartphone app. Unit is equipped with a rolling laundry hamper :)

Located across the street from The PV Mall, Whole Food, Costco, Target, Sprouts, Starbucks, & lots & lots of restaurants & tons of shopping options. Desert Ridge, Scottsdale Quarter, Trader Joes, Fry's, Golf Courses etc etc etc all nearby. Close to Freeways (51@T-bird & 101 @ Tatum or Cactus). Next Door to Beautiful Sweetwater Park.
20 minutes to Airport, Downtown, Old Town.

Great condo in a terrific location

Everything about our stay was great! Paul is a wonderful host and very very responsive. His check in instructions were spot on and very detailed. The condo was super clean. We ate in a lot and the kitchen had all the essentials. Well equipped with nice sheets and towels. We were working while we were there and the internet was very good. Location is amazing- close to so much of the Phoenix attractions. Lots of groceries, restaurants and stores nearby. Walking distance to many!

Best Getaway

This Paradise Valley Village condo is clean, safe, and conveniently located to everything (trails, mountain preserves, parks, shopping, bus terminal, ...). The balcony is shaded and peaceful with views of palm trees. Paul (the owner) went above and beyond to make sure the condo was well stocked and clean and he was easily accessible through text. I highly recommend this property for your next vacation or work retreat.
