The detached holiday home, built in 1981 and renovated in 2017, is furnished in a rustic and functional manner. The domicile is also popular due to its quiet and sunny location.

Groß Kordshagen. The holiday home is located on a 1500 sqm enclosed garden plot with lawn, flowers, shrubs, and trees. The landlord lives permanently in a separate building on the property. The location is in the middle of the migratory bird resting area (cranes and geese) and offers this special natural spectacle in autumn and spring. Access is via a side road. Parking (for 1 car) on the property.
