Loved our stay! Communication with the owners was top notch. The house was clean and is in a safe area and an easy 20 minute drive to downtown Cooperstown where our kids were playing at Doubleday Field. The house easily accommodates two families so that each can have their own areas of the house.
Our family enjoyed the quietness of the area. This house allowed us to have friends come and gave everyone ample space. We will definitely stay here again
We were in the area to watch my grandson at the Cooperstown Dream Park. This was a fantastic location. It was peaceful and surrounded by woods yet close enough to get to the ball fields in under 20 minutes. The home is well equipped and met all our needs. Our stay was during the heat wave and we were happy to have air conditioning available.
Thank you so much for hosting our stay for my son’s baseball tournament in Cooperstown. The house was nicely kept and had the perfect amount of space that we needed. I would highly recommend to anyone with a bigger group!

Cozy camplike
The property was well kept and the house was perfect size for our needs. We enjoyed the camp like feel. Seems to be going through some renovations that aren’t yet complete. Overall a comfortable stay.
This was an excellent place to stay with families. The house was big and had enough space for 3 families to comfortably spend the weekend together. The only drawback was it took about 20-30 minutes to get to anything-- coffee, groceries, etc. The location was great if you just want to sit and have a fire. The house was clean with a lot of kitchen supplies, towels and the beds were neatly made. There was adequate air conditioning/fans for hot days. We had a great stay. Thank you!
House was clean and comfortable. Only comment is that if staying in Summer the upstairs has one mini-split AC for entire floor. The far bedrooms were warm and could use a fan or two. The checkout directions on the wall did not match those in the provider book. Overall though, a great stay and the house met our (7 adults) needs perfectly.
Nice house Clean and organized.
New washer and dryer… cozy and good for our purposes.
Nice fire pit and front yard
A few windows on the second floor did not open due to missing cranks on the windows… limited cooling capability, second floor, front part of the house, especially in small room off second floor front bedroom.

My family stayed here for a week and would happily come back. The exterior of the house isn’t gonna turn any heads, but the inside feels like it was renovated pretty recently and done very well. The kitchen (I’d call it modern farmhouse style) is big and easy to use, with all the appliances and pans you would expect. There’s a nice cozy little dining table for six, and a living room with two comfortable seating areas – one around the TV, and one appropriately facing the lake. Plus a covered porch on the house, plus lakeside deck.plus dock, tubes, kayaks, and a canoe. The bedrooms were all comfortable, and I loved that the bedroom with the twin beds, where my kids slept, was far from the living room so that there was no sound spill when the adults staued up later and watched Olympics. :) All in all, a very comfortable and well-located space that we would definitely recommend!
I had a party of 6 that stayed at this residence supporting out trip to the Cooperstown Hall of Fame. Travel time was about 15 minutes (about 15 miles). The property was private and located on the edge of Milford forest. The rooms were nice and slept 6 of us comfortably. Thanks to Luke for helping to make this a memorable stay!
We really enjoyed our stay here. We were in town for a wedding and it was the perfect place to spend the morning prior to the wedding. Large enough for everyone in our group to get ready. Two of the bedrooms are off of the master bedroom so you have to walk through the master bedroom to get to your bedroom. We were all family so it was fine for us. We really enjoyed our stay here.
We absolutely loved the property! Far bigger than pictured. Fire pit was a hit with our group, and the king bed upstairs is extremely comfortable. Communicative host and an overall lovely experience. Thank you!!
We rented the Chalet for a new family tradition with all my siblings. The house was amazing, clean, and inviting. The fire pit was perfect for all our stories and laughs. Everything was perfect and Luke was a wonderful host. Thank you again and we look forward to coming back in the future.
Me, my family, and friends all enjoyed our stay at this home. One in our group has trouble with stairs so having multiple bedrooms on the first floor was super helpful. The listing was very accurate and everything was as clean. Screened in porch was nice. It rained, otherwise we would have got the fire pit going (the host even had wood for us to use!). Probably going to the hall of fame in the future and would love to stay here again.
Luke's place was amazing and better than advertised. Large yet cozy with lots of nature nearby. Our group of young and old had a great time and hope to visit soon. Thank you for opening your home to us.
