About this property

This the ideal house if your visiting Cooperstown Hall of Fame or The Baseball Tournament. It is very spacious for a large group with plenty of parking. The best thing about it is that it's right on the main road and near all the attractions.

Apple Villa Is one of the few houses that gave back refunds to the 2020-21 Baseball Families after the CDP Tournament was cancelled due to Coronavirus. We stand by our high morals.

Beautiful spacious house just 1 mile from Cooperstown Dreamspark, restaurants, and shopping area. The house is extremely convenient for Dreamspark Families as it's literally in the center of everything around Dreamspark. The connivence factor is big when there are early games, late games, and down time.

This extremely clean home can sleep up to 16 people, with 11 total beds. The 1 acre property is great to play baseball. Home is located in the center of all of Cooperstown attractions. Friendly owner always looking to make stay for guests happy and comfortable and makes cleanliness the biggest priority.

Enjoy the extra land for volleyball, Fire pit, soccer, ball games, and for Barbecues. House has ping pong table, corn hole set, badminton set, and other great games. The following amenities are included: Towels, extra sheets, TV, Wifi, Cable, air conditioning, Iron, laundry machines, basic dishes and cutlery, refrigerator, 3 in 1 toaster, microwave, and stove.

Spacious and perfect for large groups

Beautiful property! We had 6 adults and 10 children stay in the house for a weekend, and it was the perfect amount of space for all of us. We were able to spread out without being on top of each other. Great yard for playing games and eating. The Dollar General is directly across the street for anything you may have forgotten, and a trip into town takes mere minutes. We also attended the church across the street Sunday morning, and everyone was very friendly and welcoming! Paul was a great communicator every step of the way. He let us know us what to expect, and responded almost immediately to any questions we had during our stay. Highly recommend!

Well Located, Well Appointed Home

The home was everything we needed for our baseball weekend. The perfect number of rooms for our group, located just about a 10-minute drive from the heart of the Village of Cooperstown. Beds were comfortable, kitchen had everything we needed and even when the oven wasn't responding (touch panel died), Paul was there immediately with a portable oven for us to use (new oven on order and it takes a bit to get things out that way). Paul was super friendly and a quick, attentive host. Depending on the size of our group (8 guys this year), we would definitely stay here again!

Perfect location for golf trip

Close to ommegang to take cabs and we walked to council rock brewery the second night. Big yard plenty of beds for our 8 person golf trip. 10 min to and from leather stocking made it easy

We live near the property and so if the guests require anything, we are immediately available. We are attentive and want the best experience for the guests as they are spending their hard earned money. We strive to provide the best possible stay.
