This ground level, lovingly and modernly furnished vacation apartment is located in El Moncayo and offers two terraces on which you will find, depending on the season, a sunny or shady spot. The rear terrace has direct access to the pool area in park-like grounds. To the beach, a bridge above the road leads directly to the sea, about 7 minutes walk through the pine forest.

Renovierungsbedürftige Wohnung mit schönem Pool

Wir hatten diese Wohnung für 3 Wochen gebucht. Die Kommunikation mit dem Key Holder war sehr gut. Wir wussten schon bei der Buchung von der stark befahrenen Straße vor der Wohnung. Somit hat uns der Straßenlärm nicht gestört. Was wir positiv erwähnen möchten sind die Matratzen und der Pool. Sehr negativ empfanden wir den Rest der Wohnung. Sie ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen und sollte mal überholt werden. Die Terassenausstattung war prinzipiell nicht vorhanden. Es fehlten bequeme Stühle und Auflagen. Was bei drei Wochen Erholungsurlaub sehr ärgerlich ist. Laut Inserat kann mann diese Wohnung mit 6 Erwachsenen bewohnen. Das ist unserer Meinung nach auf Grund fehlender Sitzgelegenheiten nicht möglich.
