Passionate golfers, Virginie & Jean-Marc welcome you to an elegant "eighties" pavilion, nestled in a peaceful residential mini-hamlet located in a cul-de-sac 600m from the golf course, on an 8 ha property (very largely "natural"). Total tranquility in the countryside, nestled on the hillside in an intimate, ultra-maintained landscaped park of 10,000m² including a rare 14x6m heated swimming pool (shower & large, partly sheltered terrace), in the heart of a clearing opening onto a bucolic plateau of hedged meadows welcoming horses in season. A literal haven of peace and relaxation nestled away from prying eyes in a magnificent natural and green setting (with the possibility of observing wildlife on site: deer, foxes, badgers, etc.), a stone's throw from the vast wild forest of Planoise (a true "green lung" in the southern foothills of the Morvan massif), the Vallon lake (100 hectares of "nature sports" with a water sports center), and the rich leisure facilities and the town center.
