A kitchen area with electric hob, oven, microwave oven, fridge/freezer, Senseo coffee maker, cookware and washing machine.
A bathroom with storage and separate WC. 2 bedrooms with storage, one with 2 single beds (90x190) and one with 1 double bed (160x200). Closed garage in the same building.
Access to the shared tennis court of the residence. The apartment is located in a secure residence on the heights of Mont Saint Clair, the Golf Estate, with an open-air swimming pool in high season.
Non-smoking accommodation. Pets not accepted. Sheets and towels not included. Rental possible, please contact us.
