ON THE BEACH straight on amazing view! indoor pool, and onsite restaurant/bar!

Although my unit is completed and looks amazing, there is construction happening at the condo. At this time the outdoor pool and splash pad are closed and there is construction happening on the condos below mine that requires some ropes to be visible from my balcony. However the balcony is open, the view is amazing and the beach is not affected by the construction. Also the indoor pool is open. The construction company is trying to have the pool open and the ropes gone by Memorial day, but at this time I cannot guarantee that. The splash pad is out of order and will not be open in the foreseeable future.
This beachfront, 1 bedroom, 1 and 1/2 bath Condominium has spectacular beach views. It has recently been updated with beautiful and comfortable furniture, stainless steel appliances and quartz countertops. There is a King size bed in the bedroom and a Queen size sofa bed in the living room. Linens and towels are provided. There is a coin washer and dryer located down the hall. The condo has an indoor pool, outdoor pool, splash pad, Tiki Bar, outdoor hot tub, exercise facility, and a small store.
