The space
Take a digital detox or find creative inspiration at this one-of-a-kind High Desert destination. Bronco Vista is infused with classic and modern elements so you can enjoy both timeless comforts and 21st-century essentials. It’s the ideal space for thinkers, dreamers, and doers to reset, recharge, and marvel at the beauty of nature.

Bronco Vista is set just a mile from Pioneertown’s Mane Street, where you’ll find iconic Pappy & Harriet’s, and a 25-minute drive from downtown Joshua Tree. It’s quiet and private, but also conveniently located not too far from area attractions, shops, and restaurants.

-BEDS & BATHS-
So you can make the most of each day in the desert, we’ve set up Bronco Vista’s two bedrooms for optimal rest. Wake up feeling refreshed after a good night’s sleep in the plush king-size beds, which are topped with luxurious high thread-count linens. Both bedrooms feature a king-size bed, nice natural light through large windows, ample closet space, and private walk-out patios.

The home contains two bathrooms: one en-suite in the master bedroom, the other adjacent to the second bedroom. Both bathrooms feature new fixtures, luxury towels, and public goods premium body products. The master bathroom has double sinks, a separate water closet, and a unique indoor-outdoor shower so you can truly pamper yourself.

-KITCHEN & DINING-
Channel your inner chef in the fully equipped kitchen, which includes all the tools and appliances a gourmand could want - plus gorgeous marble countertops. You’ll find a gas stove, oven, full-size fridge and freezer, microwave, and dishwasher, plus extras like a French press and local coffee. Whip up some homestyle favorites or let the desert inspire your culinary endeavors.

When it’s time to eat, pull up a chair at the outdoor dining table adjacent to the kitchen, which seats at least 6. Don’t forget to save space for s’mores - the fire pit is just steps away.

-LIVING SPACE-
The natural, bohemian vibe continues into the living room, which is always a favorite place to kick back after an invigorating hike or cozy up with loved ones. Eye-catching curves and earth-inspired elements make this room as beautiful to look at as it is comfortable. Modern art turns the walls into a private gallery while stunning views fill the floor-to-ceiling windows.

-OUTDOOR SPACE-
Bronco Vista was designed for effortless indoor-outdoor living. Just as the kitchen transitions into the outdoor dining room, the outdoor living spaces are perfect complements to the house itself. Immediately behind the house you’ll find a sprawling patio with daybeds and a cozy fire pit. A short walk away is the tranquil yoga deck, which invites you to breathe deeply and practice your asanas. As the temperature drops in the evening, the hot tub beckons, and the night sky offers impressive views of the stars.

-ESSENTIALS-
The property includes free parking for a couple of cars.

Bronco Vista also has WiFi, central heating, and air conditioning, so you’ll always be comfortable and connected.

Pioneertown is one of the most unique communities in the High Desert. It sits amidst a breathtaking tableau of the craggy mountains and flat-top buttes that make up Pioneertown Mountain Preserve, which offers excellent hiking and exploring options.

Founded right after World War II as a permanent set for filming Western movies and TV shows, Pioneertown today is an attraction in its own right; just walk down Mane Street and imagine Hollywood stars working here. On some days it is possible to watch a gunfight reenactment provided by realistically costumed actors. The community is perhaps best known today as the home of world-famous Pappy & Harriet’s Pioneertown Palace, a mecca for food and music enthusiasts.

Pioneertown is located within a short drive of many restaurants, shops, and things to do. The West Entrance of Joshua Tree National Park is 25 minutes away by car, but you’ll also want to enjoy these area highlights:
• Yucca Valley (10-minute drive) - Convenient stop for chain stores and local eateries, like Carla's Route 62 Diner and C & S Coffee Shop.
• Joshua Tree Village (20-minute drive) - Quirky strip of boutiques and restaurants, including Coyote Corner, Space Cowboy Books, and the rustic Joshua Tree Saloon.
• Noah Purifoy Outdoor Desert Art Museum (25-minute drive) - As far from a stuffy gallery as you can imagine, this outdoor sculpture garden contains a unique collection of folk-art.
• The Integratron (25-minute drive) - New age-y healing destination with a sound bath, originally designed by ufologist George Van Tassel with the goal of reversing the aging process.
• Palm Springs (45-minute drive) - Artsy town known for vintage shopping, art galleries, and the Palm Springs Aerial Tramway.
• Mt. San Jacinto State Park (90-minute drive) - Expansive, hilly landscape with foot and horseback trails surrounding 10,834-foot Mount San Jacinto.

Of course, let’s not forget about the essentials. Everything you need is within close driving distance:
• Closest supermarket: Vons (13-minute drive)
• Closest liquor store: Yucca Valley Liquor (10-minute drive)
• Closest pharmacy: Rite Aid Pharmacy (13-minute drive)
• Closest bank: Wells Fargo Bank (11-minute drive)
• Closest gas station: Sinclair (9-minute drive)

Many roads in the high desert are dirt, so please take it slow. While a car is required to get around, a four wheel drive car is not, but note that roads will often have ruts, particularly after a rain.
