Terrace balcony-terrace balcony + local bike. Common ground. Bed linen included + beds made and linen House included. Farm country of 1884 renovated at 3km from the slopes of Arêches. Typical hamlet bordering the cross-country. Superb natural site preserved. Great comfort. Beautiful stamp contempo spirit "loft". Ultra cozy. Lots of charm. Large terraces. Nice field. Splendid panorama & landscapes. Magnificent charming cottage in the "mountain loft" spirit, nestled in a superb country farmhouse from 1884 renovated on the cross-country ski trails (Bersend Nordic area). 3km from the slopes of the charming family resort of Arêches. Many other reference ski areas nearby: Espace Diamant and its 190km of slopes at 13km, Hauteluce-Val-Joly-Contamines-Montjoie at the foot of Mont-Blanc at 17km. 21km from the Olympic resort of Les Saisies and its world-renowned Nordic site. In the heart of Beaufortain, a real little Savoyard "tyrol". Ideal for winter and summer skiing, hiking and cycling on several massifs (Beaufortain, Val d'Arly, Tarentaise, Aravis...).
