Gite in the owners' house. 1st floor (separate access): living room-kitchen lounge area, WiFi connection, 3 bedrooms with sloping ceilings (2 single beds 90 x 200 cm that can be combined into 1 double bed 180 x 200 cm / 1 double bed 140 x 190 cm / 1 single bed 90 x 190 cm), a bathroom (shower), separate WC. Total floor area: 91 m² attic parts included. Terrace. Common ground. Sheets included and beds made on arrival. Possibility to store bicycles in the owner's garage. Lac du Bourget beach 7 km away. Ski Le Revard. Contemporary house located in a residential area, on the heights of Aix les Bains t 3.5 km from the Thermes Chevalley, at the foot of the Regional Natural Park of Bauges. Very comfortable, spacious and bright cottage with a contemporary character. Vast shared grounds with trees and flowers (2000 m²) with games for children. Shaded private parking in the summer. Large panoramic terrace of 23 m² facing south (rolling blind), with a view of the Aix countryside and Lake Bourget. Superb cottage with a beautiful panoramic terrace facing south, 3.5 km from the Thermes Chevalley and 7 km from the Lac du Bourget beach. At the foot of the Bauges Regional Nature Park, ideally located between lake and mountain!
