Condo to the swimming pool located on Lullwater Lake and right across the street from the beach! Enjoy beautiful lake views from the private patio. Lullwater Lake Beach Condominiums complex is low density so no elevators! There is ample parking with pool, bbq grills, and new private dock. Close to Pier Park, HWY 79 and steps to the World's Most Beautiful Beaches.

Enjoyed our stay would have been 5 stars except for a few things It had a queen in the downstairs bedroom rather than two twins as shown lucky one of our group couldn’t make it so we used the pullout love seat there was also a air mattress in the closet if needed Pool maintenance leaves a little to be desired Unit was clean and comfortable

Great Response

Upon Check in we discovered the air was not working properly . We advised the property manager and with in 45 minutes someone was at our door. This is Great Service. This unit is close to the beech 5 to 8 minute walk and next door to the pool. It was clean and just as the ad said. I would give it a 10

Disappointing

This property is sorely in need of interior upgrades…Bath/showers were brush painted, fixtures were loose. All countertops and sinks require replacing. The windows in the unit are badly fogged from leaking thermo panes and they are difficult to open and won’t stay open by themselves. The entire complex was having the exterior siding and underlayment and vinyl siding replaced. This meant construction noise and equipment for the entire time we were there. According to the workers this has been going on since early January with a late spring completion. The pool was unheated and we only saw maintenance done once in the month we were there. Overall a disappointing stay in what could be a nice area. Beach was excellent and easy access.

Don’t expect much!

I expected a bit more than what we got. The rental company let us in early, that was great! The place? Old and in desperate need of updating! We did not cook at all because there was about 5 utensils, dirty pans and appliances from the 80s. Paint was peeling and in desperate need of attention. There was a very musty smell and my husband and I woke up with headaches every single morning. The townhouse appeared dirty even though it was clean, if that makes sense.it’s a great location however. The pool was the size of a typical backyard pool. The biggest complaint my family had was that there was no door to the master bedroom, it was more like a loft. We could hear everything!! Will we stay here again? NO!!! We have stayed in much better places for the same amount of money.

Great Location

Our family loved this place. Very close to the pool and a short walk to the beach. Close to pier park where we spent a lot of time. Always had good parking very quiet at night.
