With direct beach access just steps from the building, your days can be as active or as relaxed as
you’d like—whether that means soaking up the sun, enjoying the pool, or exploring nearby

Booking Requirements & House Rules:
• Minimum age to book: 25
• The booking guest must be present for the entire stay
• Guests under 25 must be accompanied by an adult at all times
• This policy is strictly enforced; failure to comply will result in eviction without refund
Occupancy Policy:
• No unregistered guests are permitted on the property
• Maximum occupancy of 6 guests applies at all times (including visitors and children of
any age)
• Violations will result in immediate eviction without refund
• Guests are responsible for any fines incurred due to exceeding occupancy limits
