This tastefully decorated, and modern home is located in the heart of the Downtown Historic District, only steps away from Savannah's Famed Forsyth Park. This three-story home with two private parking spaces can accommodate up to 8 Lucky Guests.

This is the perfect getaway if you are looking for a modern, newly constructed townhouse with tall ceilings, an ample amount of natural light, and upgraded furnishings and finishes. Large groups and families will love the amount of space this home has to offer, in addition to the unmatched comfort and hospitality while living like a true Savannah Local.

The main home is technically the second level of this three-story town home and is accessed by a set of stairs. Enter into the chic living space with L-shaped sectional large enough to accommodate all guests, fitted with a smart TV. The adjacent kitchen features top-of-the line appliances, with granite countertops, while being fully stocked with everything you need to prepare home-cooked meals! Stools at both the kitchen counter and island are perfect for bonding over a bottle of wine and cheese board before heading out on the town. Just at the back of the home, you'll find a formal dining nook and half bath just behind the kitchen.

The three bedrooms can be found on the third level. The first room, also known as the "main" bedroom, features a comfortable king-size bed, smart television, balcony, and a luxurious ensuite bathroom. The additional two guest rooms each have Queen size beds and share a full bath found in the hall. One guest room has private access to a balcony!

Guests are a short walk away from the Fountain at Forsyth Park, and a beautiful stroll from downtown's main attractions such as River Street, City Market, and Bay Street.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This rental was great! Just like the pictures ! Great location nice neighborhood ! The only thing missing was mirror in bedrooms, 6 women getting tea at the same time and only 3 bathroom mirrors! Each bedroom should have one!

nice house needs some tlc

House was clean and modern. Appliances worked great. No dressers in the bedrooms, so had to keep clothes in suitcases very few hangers but most of our clothes needed a dresser (maybe put small one in closet? ). TV needed instructions. had trouble getting channels. our door lower table very wobbly and upstairs 1 of 2 chairs broken. Next door neighbors had security camera facing directly (3 feet) away from our deck at us. Made us little uncomfortable when trying to sit outside. Kind of creepy being watched.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The living area is on the main floor, and the bedrooms are on the second floor. Every night before going to bed we would verify front and back doors were locked. Front door had an electric key pad, back door had a deadbolt which required a key. The next morning when we woke up we noticed the back door was unlocked. Later that day the 2 woman whose purses were on the main floor realized all their cash was missing! Totaling around $500. I leave this review, not in hopes of getting any sort of deal or discount, my desire is to never see this happen to anyone else! VERY unnerving realizing there was an intruder while we were sleeping. Not just that but they either 1. Had a key for the back door or 2. Knew how to pick the lock on the back door. ALSO when we arrived to check in at 4pm the cleaning crew was only half done, and told us they needed another hour. Aside from those two bad experiences, it was CLEAN, ideally located.

Quiet Savannah, Walk to Forsyth Park

For guests: Adequately cleaned and stocked. All bedrooms upstairs so be prepared. Walking to Forsyth is a plus. Great location for not being in the hustle and bustle of downtown Savannah. Bring your own laundry detergent and extra trash bags. Foxy Loxy (driving distance) is a great place for your morning coffee but they don't open until 8am. You can also online order. We wish we would have made reservations prior to arrival at Elizabeth on 37th. For management company: Unfortunately I think contractors used the wrong interior paint for a vacation rental as a lot of scuff marks are visible throughout. Parking spots are not labeled with an A and B just the number (check welcome document). Front door keypad is a little finicky. Can you add a similar lock to back door? You should let guests know where the outdoor trash cans are prior to the check-out email. The towels aren't super lush. Adding a ceiling fan in the master bedroom would be nice.

Beautiful home

Beautiful home and neighborhood! We had a great experience for a weekend get away. Nice location to walk the squares, walk to the river, coffee shops, and restaurants. This home is located right by Kroger as well. It allows easy access to Tybee, and the more local establishments!
