Recently renovated home with private pool & on a deep water canal. Located on a quiet cul-de-sac. 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, full kitchen, & living area. Clean & comfortable with a location that can’t be beat! Less than 30 minutes to Sanibel and Captiva, and 15 minutes from Downtown Fort Myers. Sunsets, palm trees, and even dolphins or manatees can be seen in the canal. The perfect setting for a quiet vacation or trip to see the Red Sox train! Non-smoking guests only & no parties.

Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Checkout is at 10:00am
If anything happens to break or need replacing, please let us know. We understand that these things happen
A/C- please turn to 78 degrees prior to leaving.
Lock all doors to the house. You do not need to lock the screen doors on the lanai
Dishes: Wash & put away all dishes and/or run the dishwasher
Take trash/recycling out to the bins by the garage.
Linens/Laundry: Put away any linens that you have washed during your stay.
Any linens/towels that you have not washed can be left in the laundry baskets on the beds for the cleaning crew.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
